During cultivation,the ratio of substrate carbon to nitrogen directly affected the hyphal growth of edible fungi and had great effects on fruiting body characters and biological conversion rate,and the ratio of substrate carbon to nitrogen before and after cultivation.The content of organic matter decreased.When Volvariella volvacea was cultivated with different broccoli waste formula,the ratio of carbon to nitrogen was the best in the range of30:1—40:1,and the content of organic matter was in the range of 690-730g/kg.Different broccoli waste formula combinations were used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.The best ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 18:1—25:1.Between the circumference,the content of organic matter is between the range of 600-700 g/kg,In this paper,broccoli waste was used to cultivate Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus ostreatus with different broccoli waste formula,and the hyphal growth potential,yield,biological efficiency,nutritional quality and physicochemical properties of substrate were studied.The main results are as follows:1 Effects of different broccoli waste formulas on agronomical characters of edible fungus fruiting body.broccoli waste can be used as cultivation substrate for cultivation of Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus ostreatus,and can be used to cultivate Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus ostreatus.To increase the yield of Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus ostreatus,the waste of broccoli was added to the cultivation medium in a certain proportion,which was beneficial to the hyphal growth of Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus ostreatus,and could shorten the growth cycle.Different broccoli waste formula cultivated Volvariella volvacea,with the increase of broccoli waste content,the hyphal growth rate of Volvariella volvacea decreased gradually.The optimum formula for the growth potential and yield of hyphal was experiment A1(93% cottonseed shell +5% broccoli waste),and the biological efficiency was23.8%.Cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with different broccoli waste formula can obviously increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus.The best formula is a3(54% broccoli waste +23% corncob).The biological efficiency of corn cob reached 151.7 %2 Effect of different broccoli waste formula on nutritional composition of edible fungus fruiting body.protein content of edible fungi is an important index of nutritional value of edible fungi.Broccoli waste as cultivation substrate can promote the protein of edible fungus fruiting body.Different broccoli waste formula combination cultivated Volvariella volvacea.the best nutritional quality effect is D6(30% broccoli waste 68% straw).The protein content was46.65 mg protein per 1 g fresh mushroom.When Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated with different broccoli waste formula,the best nutritional quality was a3(54% broccoli waste+23% corncob),and the protein content was per 1g fresh mushroom contains 34.34 mg protein.In summary,different broccoli waste formulas were used to cultivate Volvariella volvacea,and the best formula was C6(30% broccoli waste 68% corncob).Different broccoli waste formula combinations cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus,the best formula was a3(54% broccoli waste+ 23% corncob).
