Effects Of Harvesting,post-ripening Treatment,Drying Temperature And Grain Color On Seed Vigor Of Brassica Napus L.

To explore the vigor of rapeseed,and study the effects of different harvesting periods,post-ripening treatment,drying temperature and different color on the vigor of Brassica napus L.Seeds,the experiment selected Xiangzayou 420,Xiangzayou 787,Xiangzayou 518,Xiangzayou 631,Xiangzayou 518,Xiangzayou 631,Xiangzayou 695,Xiangzayou 553,Xiangzayou 188,Xiangzayou 743.The relevant seed vigor indicators: germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,and conductivity were studied.The main results are as follows:1.Xiangzayou 420 and Xiangzayou 787,during the certain growth period,the 1000-grain weight of the seeds increases with the extension of the growth period;at the same time,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index are also increased simultaneously;Conductivity was negatively correlated with indoor seed vigor indicators.The post-ripening treatment effect of the indoor dryness is better than thepost-ripening treatment effect of the natural drying.The suitable harvesting period of Xiangzao 420 is in the IV-V harvest period after the flowering period,and at least 4 days after the maturity treatment.The suitable harvesting period of Xiangzayou 787 in the natural drying environment is the IV-V period,at least 4d after the ripening treatment,and the suitable harvesting period in the indoor dry environment is the III-V period,at least the post-ripening treatment for 4 days.There was no difference in seed vigor between the post-ripening treatment for 4 days and the post-harvest treatment for 2 days,even after 4d,the effect is better.2.Selection of suitable drying temperature for rapeseed seeds is beneficial to maintain high vigor and high storage resistance of rapeseed seeds.Because different rapeseed varieties have their own unique genetic characteristics,the suitable drying temperature is also slightly different.The suitable drying temperature of Xiangzayou 420 is 40°C;the suitable drying temperature of Xiangzayou 787 is 50°C,60°C,and the suitable drying temperature of Xiangzayou 518 is 40°C.3.Black grain rape(Xiangzayou 695,Xiangzayou 553,Xiangzayou 188,Xiangzayou 743)seed thickness,slow swelling;yellow seed rape(Xiangzayou 518,Xiangzayou 631)seed coat thin The swelling is rapid,the water can reach the embryo and cotyledon quickly,and the seed germinates rapidly.Therefore,the germination potential,germination index and vigor index of the yellow cultivar are higher than that of the black granule,and the electrical conductivity is relatively higher.According to the influence of different materials and treatments on seed vigor,different harvesting periods can be adjusted according to crop growth and development,crops transplanting time,weather conditions during harvest and post-harvest processing conditions;After threshing,mechanical drying method is adopted,and the suitable drying temperature is selected according to the sensitivity of seed vigor to temperature,and the effect of different color rapeseed varieties on seed vigor is further understood.
