To improve the level of agricultural mechanization,output efficiency and sustainability is an important symbol of China’s traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.It is an important support for the development of modern agriculture to construct,utilize and protect arable land from the perspective of "Trinity" of arable land spatial layout,functional utilization and environmental protection.Doing a good job of "space-function-environment" and "Trinity" evaluation of cultivated land quality and their mutual relationship plays an important role in promoting the quality of cultivated land,improving the quality of cultivated land,environmental protection of cultivated land and modern agricultural development.However,at present,the author has not found any public reports on the systematic evaluation of the quality of cultivated land and the relationship between them from the perspective of “space-function-environment”.So,based on the research on the existing arable land quality evaluation,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of the “space-function-environment” quality evaluation of cultivated land,and constructs cultivated land quality evaluation index system include three dimensions,eight levels and twenty-three index factors.Taking the Qujiang District of Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,based on “space-function-environment” to carry out the evaluation of cultivated land quality.Using Spearman’s rank correlation analysis method to make trade-off and collaborative analysis on scale quality,spatial feature quality,production function quality,ecological function quality,landscape function quality,bearing function quality,social environment quality and natural environment quality.According to the analysis of cold and hot spots,the cultivated land quality is divided into different areas,and the differentiated and refined measures for construction,utilization and protection of cultivated land quality are put forward.The main research conclusions are:1.The results of arable land quality evaluation based on “space-function-environment” have a supporting role in the development of modern agriculture(1)The cultivated land with good space quality is suitable for large-scale agricultural mechanization,and the cultivated land with normal space quality can be used for small-scale agricultural mechanization,and the cultivated land with poor space quality is not suitable for mechanized operation;(2)Cultivated land with high functional quality is suitable for the development of industries such as grain,cash crops,tourism,etc.The quality of the cultivated land should be limited,and the functional quality of cultivated land should be continuously improved;(3)Cultivated land with high environmental quality can produce high-grade organic agricultural products.Cultivated land with high environmental quality can produce pollution-free agricultural products.Cultivated land with poor environmental quality must strictly prohibit or restrict the production of edible agricultural products,and turn to industrial grain production or flower cultivation,etc;(4)Cultivated land with high comprehensive quality of "space function environment" should be classified into permanent basic farmland.2.The trade-off and coordination between the indicators of "space function environment" of cultivated land is the basis of exploring the construction,utilization and protection measures of quality division.(1)The scale and spatial characteristics in spatial quality are in coordination with the production function,bearing function and social environment in environmental quality.It shows that the better the spatial quality of cultivated land is,the greater the production capacity of cultivated land is,the more population the cultivated land can meet,and the better the cultivated land social environment is.Production function and social environment are synergetic.It shows that the effect of human action on the production function of cultivated land is positive.Ecological function and natural environment are synergetic.It shows that they are also positive.(2)Scale,spatial characteristics and the natural environment in the environmental quality are all trade-offs,indicating that the better the spatial quality,the more vulnerable the local natural environment is to be damaged;production function,bearing function and the natural environment are trade-offs,indicating that the production capacity and population carrying capacity of the local cultivated land with better natural environment are not large.The trade-off relationship between ecological function and social environment shows that human activities play a negative role in ecological function..(3)There is no significant relationship between landscape function and scale,spatial characteristics,production function,social environment,natural environment.,or there is no significant relationship between ecological function and scale,bearing function and social environment.3.The “space-function-environment” quality division of cultivated landAccording to the results of cold hot spot analysis of secondary indexes of spatial quality,functional quality and environmental quality of cultivated land,The region with the main function of cultivated land production,the region with the main function of cultivated land ecology and landscape,the region with tight cultivated land resources,the region of comprehensive improvement and function promotion of cultivated land,and the region of comprehensive function of cultivated land are divided.(1)The region with the main function of cultivated land production is that the area of cultivated land is large,the terrain is relatively flat,the block is flat and regular,the supporting infrastructure is perfect,and the comprehensive quality of cultivated land is high;(2)The region with the main function of cultivated land ecology and landscape are characterized by good ecological environment,beautiful landscape,scattered distribution of cultivated land and low efficiency of farming;(3)The region with tight cultivated land resources has the characteristics of small cultivated land area,dense population and cultivated land pollution;(4)The region of comprehensive improvement and function promotion of cultivated land has the characteristics of low efficiency of cultivated land utilization,nonstandard layout and low comprehensive quality of cultivated land;(5)The comprehensive quality of the region of comprehensive function of cultivated land of cultivated land is general,and the functional characteristics of cultivated land are not obvious.According to the above research conclusions,the suggestions for the construction,utilization and protection of the “space-function-environment” quality division of cultivated land are proposed:(1)The region with the main function of cultivated land production should be based on ensuring food security,improve the farming system,plant economic crops according to local conditions,promote the adjustment of agricultural structure,build a green,high-quality modern agricultural industrial system,and promote agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income;(2)The region with the main function of cultivated land ecology and landscape should protect the ecological environment of cultivated land,optimize the natural landscape,and develop the tourism industry integrating natural scenery,leisure and entertainment,pastoral work and rural customs;(3)The region with tight cultivated land resources should develop refined agriculture,strictly prohibit the occupation of cultivated land,reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers,and implement the restoration of cultivated land pollution;(4)The region of comprehensive improvement and function promotion of cultivated land should rationally develop and utilize cultivated land resources,increase the comprehensive land improvement and engineering and technological transformation,introduce new agricultural technologies,and carry out high-standard farmland construction.(5)The region of comprehensive function of cultivated land should focus on the development of comprehensive agriculture,improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,and promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. |
