When the seeding machine has a seeding failure,if the fault is not found in time,it may cause a large-scale lack of seed or replanting.It is necessary to manually replant and transplant,and increase a lot of manpower and material resources.In this paper,based on the problems of traditional small particle seeding,such as leakage,re-broadcasting,seed box emptying and opener blockage,a PLC-based small particle air suction metering performance monitoring system was designed.A reasonable sensor was selected for the fault detection,and an audible and visual alarm system was designed.Analyze the programming and control characteristics of PLC,select the CPU 224 XP of Siemens S7-200 series for detection and control,and use STEP7 MicroWIN V4.0 to write the ladder program of the control system to realize the detection and alarm of the seeding performance.,so that the seeding quality of the seed meter can be improved.Specifically,it includes the following aspects:(1)Overall design of the monitoring system.The small particle air suction metering device that needs to be studied in this paper is disassembled,the size of the internal device is measured,and the seeding process is analyzed,and a small particle air suction type seed meter performance monitoring system is designed.(2)Monitoring system hardware design.According to the functions that the system needs to implement,select the corresponding PLC,detection component,alarm,stepper motor and driver,etc.,and design the relevant circuit.(3)Monitoring system software design.According to the principle of system monitoring,the main program of the system and the subroutine such as seeding detection,fault alarm and motor drive are written.(4)Test and analysis.Through the seeding quantity detection performance test,the alarm performance test,the single factor analysis test,and the missed broadcast and replay rate test,it is determined whether the system meets the design requirements.According to the test results,the accuracy of the seeding rate test is 99.6%,the accuracy of the sound and light alarm test is 100%,the accuracy rate of the leak detection test is 97.3%,and the accuracy of the test of the re-broadcast rate is 99.3%.
