Based on the method of remote sensing image interpretation and field verification,this paper obtains the forest Foundation data of 2016 Tuquan County.By comparing the 2016 Woodland Foundation data with the land conservation planning data of 2011,using the spatial analysis function of GIS technology,the transfer matrix of this research is produced on the ArcGIS10.2 platform to obtain the change of 8 kinds of woodland,forestland ownership and forest category in the area.Based on the analysis of forestry production and management data,the paper analyses the reasons for the change of woodland land,and concludes:1.The basic data of Tuquan County 2016 were obtained,including ground data,basic data of woodland ownership and basic data of forest category.2.Through comparative analysis of woodland data between 2016 and 2011,the changes of woodland land,woodland ownership and forest category were obtained.3.Through the transfer probability matrix to get the Forest Land Transformation:(1)The probability matrix of land class transfer shows that the highest rate of land conversion is not forested,the lowest is the nursery.From the high to the end,the arrangement is not into woodland,sparse woodland,suitable woodland,no stand wood woodland,shrub woodland,woodland,Lin Yu land and nursery.(2)The probability matrix of forestland ownership transfer shows that the transfer rate of collective forestland is higher than that of state-owned forest.(3)the transfer probability matrix of forest category shows that the rate of commercial forest transfer is higher than that of public welfare forest.4.The changes of 8 types of woodland were analyzed through afforestation renewal,forest harvesting,expropriation,natural change,deforestation,planning adjustment and disaster factors 7 reasons: The key causes of forest land change mainly focus on disaster factors and natural changes,accounting for the total area of change woodland 63.79%.The main affected areas are woodland,shrub and forest land,and the effects of natural changes include woodland,shrub,sparse woodland and woodland.The second is afforestation renewal and planning adjustment,accounting for 28.3% of the total conversion area.Forest harvesting,occupancy and deforestation accounted for only 7.91% of the total change.
