Preliminary Establishment Of CT And DR Image Anatomy Atlas Of Canine Head And Spine And Imaging Manifestations Of Common Diseases

Computed Tomography(CT)is a more advanced medical examination technology,and it is also a more commonly used non-destructive testing method in the industrial field.CT is a common imaging examination method in human Clinical,especially in bone problems,chest diseases,tumors and other applications.This examination technology is convenient,simple and feasible,and has a high resolution of tissue density.It is a real tomography image.Through the calculation of CT value,quantitative analysis can be done,and image reconstruction can be carried out to get a high-quality three-dimensional image,which can make a more intuitive analysis of the shape and structure of the focus.Further improve the detection rate and diagnosis accuracy of the disease.Direct digital X-ray imaging(DR)is a kind of imaging examination method widely used by veterinarians in China.It has the advantages of simple operation,fast imaging speed and low radiation dose.But DR is still far behind CT in many aspects.In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic pet diagnosis and treatment technology,CT,MRI and other advanced detection methods have also been applied to pet clinical.But at present,compared with the developed countries in Europe and America,the veterinary clinical image diagnosis technology and diagnosis and treatment level in our country are still very backward,and the demand for mature image diagnosis technology is more and more urgent,so it is very important to establish the canine CT and DR image anatomy atlas and CT image analysis for common diseases.In this study,the CT scan of the head and spine of an adult healthy Beagle was carried out.After reconstruction,four representative images of cross section,sagittal plane,coronal plane and VR were selected to mark the anatomical structure,and the CT image profile of the head and spine of the Beagle was preliminarily established to provide standard suggestions for the CT scan of the head and spine of the Beagle.In addition,a simple DR image atla of the head and spine of a healthy Beagle was established by taking DR photos of multiple parts and different positions of the head and spine,and marking the anatomical structure.In clinical,30 cases of head or spine diseases were collected from a certain animal hospital in Changchun City,including 12 cases of head diseases and 18 cases of spine diseases.Two cases of head diseases and two cases of spine diseases were selected for analysis and summary.It can provide valuable reference for veterinarian and lay a foundation for the research of CT in animal clinical application.
