| In the process of agricultural production, the fragmentation of cultivated land has caused a series of problems, such as the decline in the efficiency of cultivated land production, the extensive use of land, and the obstruction of rural labor transfer. The negative impact of this type of cultivated land use on agricultural production has become more and more obvious.Due to the large amount of waste on the cultivated land, the promotion of agricultural technology was blocked, and the transfer of rural surplus labor basically showed the state of “not leaving the village and running two times a year”,which seriously hindered the development of China’s agricultural modernization and the improvement of agricultural international competitiveness..Studying the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of cultivated land fragmentation and its impact on agricultural production is of great significance for improving land use efficiency, improving land resource allocation structure and assisting agricultural modernization. This study takes Dehua County as the research area, based on the survey data of land use status and social and economic development data, studies the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of cultivated land fragmentation in Dehua County and its impact on agricultural production, and proposes to solve the problem of finely shredded land.Countermeasures.The research shows that the degree of arable land fragmentation in Dehua County shows a trend of increasing from southwest to northeast in the space, and shows a clear agglomeration state in a local area. From the dynamic change of cultivated land fragmentation in Dehua County, the degree of fine shredded land showed a “W” type change trend from 2008 to 2016.After 2014,the degree of fine shredding gradually became stable.Generally speaking, the rate of arable land fragmentation deteriorated.Slow, and there is a tendency to get better. In this study, the three indicators of arable land production efficiency, grain yield per mu and rural farming population represent the relevant factors of production efficiency, output factors and input factors in agricultural production activities, and calculate the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of these three indicators. The results show that from 2008 to 2016,the production efficiency of cultivated land in Dehua County is on the rise. This phenomenon is the result of continuous development of socialeconomy and continuous improvement of agricultural science and technology investment;the production efficiency of cultivated land in each township shows obvious spatial difference. This phenomenon is related to the degree of fragmentation and the level of economic development of each township;the two indicators of grain per mu and rural farming population are distinct in each township and have certain spatial agglomeration characteristics, which is related to the economy of each township.Horizontal and topographical factors have a certain relationship.Based on the spatial differences of these three indicators, the impact of the fragmentation of cultivated land in each township on agricultural production is analyzed. The results show that from the perspective of space, the fragmentation of cultivated land hinders the improvement of production efficiency of cultivated land, limits the increase of grain income, and affects the rural labor force. The transfer has a negative impact on agricultural production.Based on this, this paper proposes a solution to the problem of arable land fragmentation.Firstly,Encourage innovative arable land transfer methods and guide the orderly transfer of cultivated land management rights.Secondly, construct a monitoring system for rural cultivated land management to achieve “precise governance” of shredding of cultivated land.Thirdly,to play the role of the local government’s macro-policy regulation and control and the micro-environmental guidance of grass-roots organizations to solve the problem of arable land fragmentation.Lastly, guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, provide more non-agricultural employment opportunities, improve the sense of income and happiness of rural labor, and promote the transfer of rural labor to cities and towns. |
