Analysis On The Cost-benefit And Its Influencing Factors Of Pig Breeding In Jilin Province

Since the 21 st century,China's livestock industry has developed rapidly and entered a new stage of development.The construction of standardized scale farms has further promoted the upgrading and development of the hog industry.Despite the development of the animal husbandry industry,the pig industry in Jilin Province is still the mainstay of its animal husbandry economy.Pork production accounts for total meat output,live pig production accounts for total animal husbandry output,and live pig production accounts for the total slaughter.'S proportion has increased year by year.Therefore,the development of the hog industry is of great significance for adjusting the rural economic structure,promoting farmers' income,and maintaining the sustained and stable growth of the national economy.The pig breeding industry in Jilin Province has the fastest development and the highest commodity rate in the country,and has made a major contribution to ensuring the safe supply of pork.At the same time,it is also faced with multi-risk threats such as breeding risks and market risks,which are constrained by many factors such as land resources,capital investment,feed supply,and environmental protection.How to improve the production level of large-scale pig breeding in Jilin Province is the key to promote the further large-scale breeding of pigs in Jilin Province and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the pig industry.It has become an important issue in the development of pig breeding in Jilin Province.Based on the analysis of the current situation of pig breeding in Jilin Province,this article will conduct a study on how to increase the cost and benefit of pig breeding,thereby promoting the sustainable and healthy development of pig breeding in Jilin Province.First,analyze the development status of the pig breeding industry in Jilin Province.Statistics from 2010 to 2017 show that the development of pig breeding industry in Jilin Province shows an increase in annual slaughter of pigs,a slight decline in inventory,and an overall increase in pork production.The proportion of farms(households)of the above-mentioned size has increased steadily in fluctuations.Under the combined effect of policies on standardization of pig breeding,environmental protection requirements for animal husbandry,and guidance of market competition,pig breeding in Jilin Province has developed in the direction of scale.Secondly,the cost of pig breeding in different scales in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2017 was analyzed,including the total cost of pig breeding,the production cost structure,and the changes in breeding cost benefits.In terms of the total cost of breeding,large-scale and moderate-scale breeding can effectively play a role in saving the cost of pig breeding.In terms of cost structure,the cost of piglets and concentrate feed is the main factor of the increase in direct cost costs,and the depreciation cost of fixed assets is the main growth point of indirect costs;while labor costs have risen rapidly in recent years,and the proportion of production costs has increased year by year,becoming It is an important factor for rising pig breeding costs.While promoting the large-scale development of hog breeding,controlling the cost of piglets,fine feed,depreciation of fixed assets and labor costs in the process of large-scale hog breeding can reduce the cost of hog breeding effectively.Finally,combined with the analysis of the status of breeding scale and cost-benefit influencing factors in Jilin Province,the index analysis method was used to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of pig breeding from 2010 to 2017.Empirical analysis of the degree of impact on the production factors of pigs of various scales,and further confirm the main production factors in the process of pig breeding and its degree of impact on the scale of different pig breeding.The results show that each factor has a different degree of contribution to the benefits of different scale pig breeding.The price change of labor and livestock costs has a significant effect on the increase in the cost of pig breeding,while the increase in the input(consumption)of production factors has little effect on the increase in the cost of pig breeding.The larger the scale of pig breeding,the less affected by price changes.Large-scale hog breeding can effectively resist the risks caused by the increase of various cost elements in the hog breeding process.It can be seen that the large-scale development of pig breeding is of great significance for saving pig breeding costs.In terms of the importance of various influencing factors on breeding efficiency,piglets,concentrated feed and artificial factors have a greater impact on the profit of pig breeding.According to the results of the study,the countermeasures and suggestions for large-scale farming are proposed from the aspects of reducing labor costs and animal costs,including: increasing the support of large-scale farming,vigorously developing the standardization of small-scale farming;scientific breeding,reducing feed costs;Management,reduce labor costs;reasonably plan the direction of industrial development,improve the level of ecological environment governance in the pig breeding industry.
