Research On Agricultural Ecological Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Jilin Province

As China’s primary industry,agriculture is the basic industry to ensure the continuous development of China’s economy.After the reform and opening up,the agricultural economy has developed at a rapid speed,and the people’s material life and the demand for agricultural products have been met to a certain extent.However,under this rapid development,with the excessive use of pollutants such as chemical fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural film in agricultural production,it also leads to the pollution problem of agriculture in Jilin Province,which not only destroys the agricultural ecological environment to a certain extent,but also hinders the process of sustainable agricultural development in our country.Maintaining a good agricultural ecological environment can effectively ensure China’s food production.It is not only one of the important conditions to achieve China’s food security,but also an important factor to promote the sustainable development of China’s agriculture.Therefore,in recent years,the state has paid great attention to the issue of agricultural ecological environment,and successively issued a number of guidance documents to protect the agricultural ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.As one of the important agricultural provinces in China,Jilin Province has maintained a stable development of agricultural economy,with good water resources,black land and other agricultural production resources.However,the production mode of Jilin province belongs to the traditional extensive agricultural mode to a certain extent.Although this mode will bring higher economy,it will also produce certain high pollution emissions,which also affects the agricultural ecological environment of Jilin Province.This paper takes agriculture(planting industry)in Jilin Province as the research object,determines the relevant theoretical basis applied in this paper by combing the relevant literature,and deeply analyzes the current situation of agricultural development in Jilin Province.According to the actual situation of agricultural production and ecological environment in Jilin Province,combined with the relevant theories and the relevant evaluation systems of other experts and scholars,this paper constructs the agricultural ecological efficiency evaluation system applied in this paper,DEA Data Envelopment Analysis and regression analysis are used to measure and analyze the agricultural ecological efficiency of agriculture(planting)in Jilin Province from 2000 to 2019,deeply study the relevant influencing factors,and finally put forward reasonable relevant suggestions.The results show that:(1)the overall agricultural labor force in Jilin Province shows a downward trend,and the quality of labor resources has decreased;Water resources are relatively sufficient,but the irrigation rate is low and the water use efficiency is low.(2)Through the calculation and analysis of agricultural ecological efficiency,it is found that the agricultural ecological efficiency of Jilin Province shows a fluctuating trend.The main reason for the decline of agricultural ecological efficiency in its fluctuation is the redundancy of agricultural labor force and the increase of the application of chemical fertilizer,pesticide and plastic film due to the substitution of machinery.Through the decomposition of agricultural ecological efficiency,it can be found that scale efficiency has a certain impact on agricultural ecological efficiency.Therefore,increasing the scale of agricultural production and reasonably reducing the investment in agricultural chemicals will effectively improve agricultural ecological efficiency.(3)Agricultural industrial structure,industrialization level,agricultural disaster situation and financial support for agriculture are all important factors affecting agricultural ecological efficiency.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve agricultural ecological efficiency,protect and improve agricultural ecological environment and truly realize the sustainable development of agriculture.
