Research On The Design Of Pest Control APP Based On Service Design Concept

The pest control industry,or PCO industry,refers to the industry that eliminates and protects animals that are harmful to human production and life.Common pests in life include: mice,flies,mosquitoes,cockroaches,etc.The pest control industry is a long-term basic work.The development of China’s pest industry is relatively late,the industry regulations are not yet sound enough,and there are certain development bottlenecks.The pest control industry needs continuous improvement and continuous innovation to make progress and keep pace with the times.The thesis is carried out at two levels.On the one hand,it is to study the pest control industry.Through research and analysis,the latest development path of the pest control industry is found.On the other hand,the thinking of service design is integrated into it,and finally an APP solution is produced.In the early stage,the types of pest control companies were elaborated and analyzed,and the development dilemma of pest control companies was described.Later,in-depth research and analysis were conducted in conjunction with service design theory to explore the latest developments in the pest control industry.The path laid the foundation.During the investigation stage,we conducted in-depth observations on the pest control companies,and then conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the basic status of the pest industry,followed by detailed interviews with users,and summarized the two parts of the interviews and Analysis to distinguish the types of users.Based on the summary and analysis,a pest control questionnaire was designed to support the output of the design plan with quantitative data.Then through the user journey map,service blueprint and other tools to study the user’s behavior,and then design the prototype map for the design of the pest control APP to indicate the direction.The final design direction was determined by means of proof of concept,and then a high-fidelity design was made for the pest control APP.In the end,the usability test of the high-fidelity pest control APP was conducted to ensure the feasibility of the software.The design of the pest control APP has ensured the normative development of the pest control industry.Using service design thinking,a systematic and comprehensive study has been made on the pest control industry,which has been explored for the future development of the pest control industry.A new direction.
