In this study,one-year-old Phoebe bournei seedlings were used as experimental materials,and a two-factor completely randomized trial design was used,sodium nitrate?SNP?and aluminum chloride?Al Cl3?were used as the supply sources of nitric oxide?NO?and aluminum?Al?,5 aluminum concentration levels?0 mmol/L,0.2 mmol/L,0.4 mmol/L,0.6 mmol/L,0.8mmol/L?and 2 sodium nitrate levels?0 mmol/L,0.1 mmol/L?were set for a total of 10 interactions.In this paper,the effects of sodium nitrate and aluminum acid on the growth,physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of Phoebe bournei seedlings were analyzed.Discuss Phoebe bournei seedlings under aluminum stress tolerance and sodium nitrate relief mechanism,so as to Phoebe bournei seedling cultivation and the application and development of urban?1?landscape to provide feasibility basis.The main result are as follow:When the concentration of sodium nitroprusside?0 mmol/L,0.1 mmol/L?is constant,the growth morphological indexes?plant height increment,ground diameter increment,leaf area,leaf biomass?and root morphological indexes?total root length,total root surface area,average root diameter,total root volume and root tip number?of one-year-old Phoebe bournei seedlings showed a trend of rising and then falling with the increase of aluminum concentration.At low aluminum concentrations?0.2 mmol/L and 0.4 mmol/L?,all growth indexes of Phoebe bournei seedlings increased,indicating that the low aluminum concentration had a certain promoting effect on the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings,and the largest promoting effect was 0.2 mmol/L.At high aluminum concentrations?0.6 mmol/L and 0.8 mmol/L?,all growth indexes of Phoebe bournei seedlings were inhibited,and the inhibition degree of 0.8mmol/L was the highest,indicating that the higher concentration of aluminum inhibited the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings.At the same aluminum concentration,the growth indexes were larger in 0.1 mmol/L SNP than in 0mmol/L SNP,indicating that 0.1 mmol/L SNP could promote the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings.?2?When the concentration of sodium nitroprusside?0 mmol/L,0.1mmol/L?is constant,the content of chlorophyll?chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,total chlorophyll?,soluble sugar,soluble protein,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of one-year-old Phoebe bournei seedlings all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of aluminum concentration.MDA content,free proline content,leaf protective enzyme activity?SOD,CAT,POD?showed a trend of decreasing first and then increase of aluminum concentration.When the concentration of aluminum was 0.2 mmol/L and 0.4 mmol/L,the physiological state was enhanced,and the largest promoting effect was 0.2 mmol/L.When the concentration of aluminum was 0.6 mmol/L and 0.8 mmol/L,the physiological state was inhibited,and the inhibitory degree of 0.8 mmol/L was the greatest.At the same aluminum concentration,the chlorophyll content?chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,total chlorophyll?,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate were ranked as 0.1 mmol/L SNP>0 mmol/L SNP.MDA,free proline and leaf protective enzyme activity?SOD,CAT,POD?were ranked as 0.1 mmol/L SNP<0 mmol/L SNP,indicating that the concentration of SNP at 0.1 mmol/L could promote the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings.?3?When the aluminum concentration was 0 mmol/L-0.4 mmol/L,0.1mmol/L SNP could promote the growth and physiological activities of Phoebe bournei seedlings.When the aluminum concentration was 0.6 mmol/L-0.8mmol/L,0.1 mmol/L SNP could alleviate the toxic effect of high concentration aluminum on the growth physiology of Phoebe bournei seedlings to a certain extent.?4?The correlation analysis showed that there was an obvious correlation between growth index and physiological index of Phoebe bournei seedlings.The QI quality analysis of Phoebe bournei seedlings under the interaction between sodium nitrate and aluminum acid showed that QI was the greatest under T4?0.2 mmol/L Al-0.1mmol/LSNP?treatment and the worst under T9?0.8mmol/L Al-0 mmol/L SNP?treatment.The result of membership function comprehensive analysis evaluation was consistent with the result of QI.In summary,different nitroprusside sodium-aluminum acid interaction has a significant effect on the growth physiological characteristics of Phoebe bournei.Treatment with low concentration of aluminum and 0.1 mmol/L SNP can effectively promote the growth and development of Phoebe bournei,improve photosynthesis and facilitate its physiological metabolism.However,higher concentration of aluminum would inhibit the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings.Applying 0.1 mmol/L SNP can adjust osmotic substances and increase antioxidant enzymes to alleviate the stress of high concentration of aluminum and improve the stress resistance of Phoebe bournei seedlings.
