For the problem of nitrogen deposition is becoming more and more serious,it is of great significance for the research of deposition problems.Combining nitrogen deposition and lighting,design a experiment to explore the influence of the interaction of the seedlings of Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Setting different light conditions(100%NS?41.3%NS?14.3%NS?6.3%NS),with different Nitrogen conditions(high nitrogen free,low nitrogen,nitrogen,nitrogen),interaction on P.Bournei.Cycle for half a year.Analysis of photosynthesis and physiological indexes,(1)overall,under the two-factor interactions of light and nitrogen concentration,L1N1 grew the most,L3N3 the most poor.At the same level under a different light,plant height,leaf area,plant biomass,maximum at the 41.3%NS,due to weakening of light decrease minimum at L3,specifically 41.3%NS>100%NS>14.3%NS>3.6%NS.In the same light intensity under different nitrogen concentrations and nitrogen in low-nitrogen N1 and N2 performed well,n-NO with high nitrogen N3 in Phoebe bournei reduced seedling growth is inhibited.(2)under the interaction of light and nitrogen concentration,size,specific leaf weight,height-diameter ratio,as well as the root index maximum at 100%NS,the best for 100%NS low levels of nitrogen or nitrogen.And decreasing light and falling,the worst high nitrogen N3 for the poor which inhibited the growth of seedlings of Phoebe bournei.(3)analysis of variance showed that single factor for the growth of the seedlings of Phoebe bournei indicators of effects than single factor effect of nitrogen on the growth index is more significant,far more significant in the light of nitrogen interactions.Specifically light>nitrogen>nitrogen interactions.Description light and nitrogen interaction on seedlings of Phoebe bournei in factors that influence the main light.(4)comprehensive analysis of seedling quality of Phoebe bournei,nitrogen has the highest value in the 100%NS,followed by 41.3%NS with low nitrogen and lowest quality of seedlings for 3.6%NS with high nitrogen.Description of Phoebe bournei seedlings in full sunlight and grow well under shade conditions,under high nitrogen in low light as the worst.(5)Under the same nitrogen adding conditions,moderate shade of the seedlings of P.bournei can promote its photosynthesis and the accumulation of biomass.With the continuous reduce of light intensity,promoting effect slow.When the light intensity lower than threshold,it cause the inhibition of P.bournei.(6)Under the condition of the same shade,photosynthetic indexes(Pmax,Rd,AQY,Pt,)and physiological indexes(chlorophyll a,b,carotenoids,soluble sugar,soluble protein)of P.bournei show similar laws which rise fist cut after.A small amount of nitrogen promote the photosynthetic characteristics and the biological accumulation of P.bournei,but with the increase of nitrogen,promoting effect is abate,A large amount of nitrogen and even lead to suppress While the nitrogen increase,photosynthetic indexes(Pmax,Rd,AQY,Pt,)and physiological indexes(chlorophyll a,b,carotenoids,soluble sugar,soluble protein)of P.bournei show similar laws which rise fist cut after.(7)Light and nitrogen affected the growth of P.bournei For Pmax,Pn,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,indicators such as carotenoids,light is the dominant factor.For chlorophyll fluorescence(Fv/F0,Fv/Fm),the dominant factor is the nitrogen.
