| This experiment was conducted to investigate the growth and physiological changes of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.under acid aluminum stress,as well as the effects of sodium nitroprusside solution(SNP)on the growth of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings and the alleviation of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.under the application of aluminum,which provided scientific basis for the cultivation and adaptive cultivation of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings.Five-month Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings were used as test materials and were designed by two-factor completely randomized trial,with AlCl3 as the supply of Al3+,sodium nitroprusside(SNP)as the supply of NO.Five Al3+ concentrations(0,0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8 mmol)and two nitroprusside(NO donor)levels(0 and 0.1 mmol)were provided for a total of 10 treatments of 10 Repeat.By recording the growth index of Castanopsis hystrix Miq seedlings,determining the biomass,root system,photosynthesis and stress physiology,we got the following results:(1)The growth of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings was affected by different concentrations of aluminum ions.,resulting in different growth differences.Experiments have shown that the growth of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedling have been promoted by applying low concentration of aluminum ions,the growth of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings was inhibited by high concentration of aluminum ions;With the increase of concentration of aluminum,Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings relative height growth,diameter growth,total biomass,root cap ratio and specific leaf weight,total root length,root surface area,average root diameter,root number showed the tendency of increase after the fall,when the concentration of aluminum was 0.2 mmol,reached the maximum.(2)NO can alleviate the poisoning inhibition of acid-aluminum stress on seedlings,a small amount of NO can promote the growth of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings.Under the same aluminum concentration treatment,compared with the control group,the Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings applied with 0.1 mmol sodium nitroprusside solution,which sodium nitrate plant height of seedling of relative growth,diameter growth,total biomass,root cap ratio and specific leaf weight,total root length,root surface area,average root diameter,root tip number were than not applying general sodium nitrate seedlings.(3)The seedling quality index of 10 groups of Castanopsi hystrix Miq.seedlings from big to small was treatment 7,treatment 8,treatment 2,treatment 3,treatment 6,treatment 1,treatment 9,treatment 4,treatment 10,treatment 5;The results showed that the low concentration of aluminum(0.2mmol,0.4mmol)seedling growth,seedling quality index was high,high the concentration of aluminum stress(0.6mmol,0.8mmol)inhibited the growth of seedling quality index was relatively low;After applying 0.1 mmol SNP,the seedling index were rose,showing that under aluminum stress conditions,exogenous NO can alleviate the toxicity of aluminum seedlings;The trend of the seedling quality of the cones was consistent with the agronomic traits and the morphological indexes of growth.(4)Low concentration of aluminum(0.2mmol)made some positive effects to Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedlings,and high concentration of aluminum(greater than 0.4mmol)will restrain physiological activities of Castanopsis hystrix Miq..When we added NO into Castanopsis hy,strix Miq.seedlings with aluminum,it shown that the content of Castanopsis hystrix Miq.’ s MDA and Proline will reduce,and the content of CAT、POD、SOD、Soluble sugar、Soluble protein and Chlorophyll will increase.In low concentration of aluminum,the relaxation effects of NO are not so obvious,but in high concentration of aluminum,the relaxation effects of NO are prominent. |
