Research On The Cost-benefit Of Mutton Sheep Breeding In Minqin

With the good reputation of "China Suwu Sand Sheep Food Town" and "China Meat Sheep Town",Minqin County of Gansu Province focuses on the development of scale,standardization and market competitiveness.The meat sheep industry in Minqin County has also changed from a traditional quantity growth type to a modern quality and efficiency type.The sheep breeding industry has become the mainstay of agricultural structural adjustment,the mainstay of farmers’ income increase and the first choice for poverty alleviation.At present,Minqin County implements the meat sheep industry model of“ guaranteeing fattening by farming households,supplying slaughter in community fattening,and amplifying the benefits of enterprise slaughtering”,and has initially created a modern industry chain of modern sheep production combining agriculture,industry,animal husbandry,and breeding and integration.At present,there are problems of raising breeding costs and fluctuations of benefits in the breeding of sheep in Minqin County.It is very important to achieve the dual goals of reducing production costs and improving product quality.Meaning.This study combines relevant data,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the meat sheep breeding industry in Minqin County,discusses the changes in the cost and income of meat sheep breeding under different production methods.From the perspective of meat sheep breeding cost and benefit,select influencing factor indicators,establish a multiple linear regression model to process and analyze the survey data,and obtain the results of the impact of various factors on the cost and benefit of different production methods of sheep breeding.In this way,we explore the improvement of production efficiency and cost control paths of different sheep production methods in Minqin County,and put forward rational opinions and policy suggestions for the development of Minqin sheep industry in Minqin County.
