Yeast culture has the functions of promoting the growth and development of livestock and poultry,regulating intestinal development,and improving meat quality.At present,the research on yeast culture mainly focuses on animals such as pigs,cattle,chickens,ducks and aquatic products.less.However,China is the world’s largest goose raising country,and the number of goose breeding and germplasm resources ranks first in the world.Therefore,this experiment took Sichuan white geese as the research object,to explore the effect of adding different levels of yeast culture in the diet on the production performance,digestive physiology and body immunity of Sichuan white geese,in order to find the most suitable addition amount as yeast culture Provide basic data for applications produced in the goose industry.A single factor test was used to select 300 1-day-old Sichuan white geese with healthy body weight and similar weight(95.57 ± 2.42g),and were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 repeats in each group.Mother and a half,the test period is 70 days,respectively: 0% group(basic diet,ie control group),0.5% group(basic diet + 0.5% yeast culture),1% group(basic diet + 1% Yeast three treatment groups(P <0.05).The length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum in the 4% group was significantly longer than that in the other treatment groups(P <0.05),and the height of villi and mucosal thickness in the ileum were significantly higher than those in the other three treatment groups(P <0.05).Effect of dietary yeast culture on the immunity of Sichuan white geese.Compared with the control group,the spleen index and IgG content of the 0.5% group were significantly reduced(P <0.05),and the contents of C4,IL-2 and lysozyme were significantly increased(P <0.05);the IgM,C3 and lysozyme of the 1% group The content of enzymes increased significantly(P <0.05);the content of the bursa index,IgM,C4,IL-2 and lysozyme in the 2% group increased significantly(P <0.05);the thymus index in the 4% group decreased significantly(P <0.05),C3 content increased significantly(P <0.05).In conclusion:Adding 0.5%,1% and 2% levels of yeast culture to the diet can increase the yield of goose raising.The 2% addition level is the sensitive coefficient of the profit of goose raising and the marginal benefit point of production.Yeast culture can improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immunity and utilization of nutrients of Sichuan White Goose,improve serum biochemical indicators,meat quality tenderness,and promote the growth of digestive organs and intestinal development.Among them,the average daily weight gain,serum growth hormone content,pectoral muscle rate,digestive enzyme activity,IgM,C3,C4,IL-2 and lysozyme content were highest at the 2% addition level,and the feed-weight ratio and abdominal fat rate were the lowest.Therefore,under this test condition,the recommended dosage of yeast culture in Sichuan White Goose diet is 2%.
