In view of the fact that the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala seriously affects the production of Atractylodes macrocephala and leads to the shortage of market supply, the effects of different treatments on the root soil environment, agronomic characters, yield and quality of continuous cropping of Atractylodes macrocephala were explored and evaluated comprehensively by using different organic fertilizers, microbial bacterial fertilizers and green fertilizers, and the measures that can alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala were expected to be screened out.Firstly, three levels of fertilization of two kinds of organic fertilizers, three amounts of two kinds of microbial agents, and three kinds of green fertilizers were planted in Atractylodes macrocephala.Regular sampling was conducted to determine the physical and chemical properties of the root soil and plant growth indexes. Then conduct variance analysis on the measured data;the correlation among soil nutrient content, soil enzyme activity and microorganism quantity was analyzed by correlation analysis.Comprehensively evaluate the soil fertility through the principal component analysis method and obtain a ranking. Finally, the growth indexes, yield characters and quality indexes of Atractylodes macrocephala were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. The results are as follows:1.Under the treatment of organic fertilizer, microbial agents and green fertilizer, the soil environment of the roots of Atractylodes macrocephala showed that the content of soil nutrients increased, the p H increased, the activity of S-UE and S-ACP increased, the activity of S-PPO and S-SC decreased, the activity of S-CAT did not change significantly, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes increased, the number of fungi decreased, and the soil changed to"bacterial type";It can be concluded that the increasing number of fungi and the activities of S-PPO and S-SC in the soil are the signs of the aggravation of the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala.2.The comprehensive evaluation of the soil shows that cow manure organic fertilizer>earthworm manure organic fertilizer>local conventional fertilization mode.Compared with the local conventional fertilization mode, the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium under cow manure treatment increased by 9.18?33.83%,2.17?46.27%,4.29?12.00%,3.19?23.91%,7.51?14.32%,7.61?83.95%,7.88?18.84%,p H increased by 2.30?7.05%,s-ue and s-acp increased by 5.14?16.10%,13.16?24.49%,respectively.The activity of s-ppo and s-sc decreased by 1.64?25.26%,15.70?29.57%,respectively.According to the analysis of variance, the number of branches, number of leaves,SPAD value, root volume, dry matter weight,root-shoot ratio, atractylode I,atractylode III of Atractylodes macrocephala were all higher than those of earthworm manure organic fertilizer under the treatment of cow manure organic fertilizer. The value of membership function was shown as cow manure organic fertilizer>earthworm manure organic fertilizer>local conventional fertilization mode. When the application amount of cow manure was 6000kg/hm~2,the average value of membership function was the highest, which could effectively promote the growth of continuous cropping Atractylodes macrocephala, improve yield and quality, and have the best alleviating effect on continuous cropping Atractylodes macrocephala.3.Compared with the control, both of the two bacterial agents can increase the soil fertility,p H,growth, survival rate, yield and the content of medicinal components of Atractylodes macrocephala.By increasing the number of bacteria and actinomycetes, reducing the number of fungi, increasing the ratio of B/F,and improving the structure of microbial colony in the root of Atractylodes macrocephala, the microbial microbial agent and EM original species can improve the comprehensive soil fertility. The B/F ratio was the largest with WT3 and ET3,which were increased by 20.30%and 19.41%higher than that of the control respectively. The B/F values of the two bacterial agents were generally expressed as microbial agent>EM original species>control. The comprehensive soil fertility showed microbial agent>EM original species>control. The membership function value of microbial agents was relatively large, and the mean value of the membership function of WT3 was the largest, indicating that the microbial agents could better alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala, among which the dosage of 15kg/hm~2was the best.4.Compared with the local conventional fertilization model, the three kinds of green manure can increase the comprehensive soil fertility of the roots Atractylodes macrocephala, and the comprehensive soil fertility is expressed as Wild Pea>Ziyunying>Purple Leaf Vetch>Control.Compared with the control, the content of total nitrogen, organic matter,alkali-decomposed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium increased by12.38%,30.55%,9.44%,103.45%,38.86%,p H increased by 5.51%,the activity of S-UE and S-ACP increased by 21.06%and 13.49%,the activity of S-PPO and S-SC decreased by21.98%and 21.69%,the number of bacteria and actinomycetes increased by 7.06%and13.56%,the number of fungi decreased by 6.60%under Wild Pea.The plant height, branch number, stem diameter,SPAD value, fibrous root number, seedling survival rate, yield, atractylolide I,atractylolide II and atractylolide III under the treatment of Wild Pea were higher than those under the other treatments,The membership function value of Wild Pea is the largest(0.78),so it can be seen that Wild Pea has the best reduction effect on Atractylodes macrocephala continuous cropping.
