In this experiment, the agronomic traits, rhizosphere soil physical and chemical properties, sugarcane yield, quality, rhizosphere soil total phenolics were studied by applying organic manure, puffed chicken manure and nitrogen fertilizer in sugarcane,Acid content and so on.The relationship between organic manure, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer and soil mineral nutrient, soil total phenolic acid content, soil physical properties and sugarcane continuous cropping obstacles were explored. The results showed that:(1)With the increase of sugar cane cultivation year, the continuous cropping obstacle of sugarcane was not very obvious in the new planted sugarcane, and the yield was decreased and the sugar content was decreased in sugarcane Leaf chlorophyll content and other characteristics of the decline in the phenomenon of the application of organic and inorganic fertilizer can effectively alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles as a result of reduced production and so on.(2)In the process of continuous cropping of sugarcane, the corruption of sugarcane leaves, the burning of sugarcane leaves, the decomposition of sugarcane bag,the root exudates and the application of organic and inorganic fertilizers increased the content of organic matter in the soil:The annual consumption of sugarcane roots in rhizosphere soils increased year by year, resulting in the serious consumption of available nitrogen and available potassium in rhizosphere soil, and the content of available P in soil did not occur with the increase of planting period Larger changes.(3)The content of total phenolic acid in the soil was also increased year by year with the increase of the annual growth rate of sugarcane, and the effect of organic manure on the chlorophyll content, sucrose accumulation and root mineral absorption of sugarcane leaves was The accumulation rate of total phenolic acids in rhizosphere soils was alleviated to a certain extent, and the effect of phenolic acids on the growth and development of sugarcane in rhizosphere soil was reduced to a certain extent.(4)The continuous cropping of sugarcane can also affect the soil content and rhizosphere soil water content. With the increase of soil proportion and soil water content, the soil water content and water retention capacity were affected by continuous cropping. Can increase the soil specific gravity and soil water content,so that the rhizosphere soil sugar cane and water retention capacity to ease the decline. The main conclusions:sugarcane continuous cropping will lead to the accumulation of total phenolic acid in the soil, leading to the normal growth and development of sugarcane affected. The application of organic and inorganic fertilizers can reduce the accumulation rate of total phenolic acid in rhizosphere soil and alleviate the deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties, thus reducing the influence of sugar cane continuous cropping.
