In this study,typical walnut forests in three townships were selected in Huanjiang County and Du’an County,and the soil nutrient and leaf nutrient profit and loss status and their correlations were studied.This study analyzed the dynamic changes of soil nutrients,leaf nutrients,and leaf physiological characteristics in different walnut forests at different periods,aim to provide scientific basis for scientific fertilization and conservation.The main findings are as follows:1、The range of walnut forest soils p H is 4.0 to 7.78.Among them,acidic and weakly acidic soils were mainly in the northern region,and neutral and weakly alkaline soils were mainly in the southern region.2、The contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,and available boron in the soils of walnut forests in various areas are relatively rich,and the contents of total potassium andavailable potassium are relatively scarce,and the available nitrogen is seriously lacking.The exchangeable calcium,available zinc,and available iron content are related to soil p H.There were no significant differences in soil p H,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available potassium,available phosphorus,available potassium,exchangeable calcium,and available iron content in various varieties of walnut forest under different periods.3、The content of phosphorus,iron and boron in walnut leaves was rich in samples.Calcium and zinc were deficient in varying degrees.Potassium was generally deficient.Nitrogen was severely lacking,having 97.03% of the plots at a scarce or extremely scarce level.In different periods,the content of nitrogen and potassium in walnut leaves decreased with time,and the content of calcium increased.4、The relationship of three walnut leaf physiological indexes in the same period was: free proline content of hickory was significantly lower than that of Large foam walnut and Yunxin walnut.And the relationship between peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity was: Yunxin walnut>Large foam walnut>Hickory.The relationship of the four endogenous hormones in the leaves of various varieties is: Hickory > Yunxin walnut > Large foam walnut.The relationship between the dynamic changes of the physiological parameters of three walnut leaves was: chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,MDA,soluble protein content and superoxide dismutase activity showed an upward trend and then a downward trend with time,reaching the maximum in July.The content ofsoluble sugar was the lowest in April.The content of free proline showed a decreasing trend with time.The peroxidase activity and endogenous hormone content of different varieties and different had different trends with time.5、There is a significant or extremely significant correlation between most soil nutrients.There is a significant or extremely significant correlation between nitrogen and other elements except phosphorus in leaf nutrients.There is a significant or extremely significant correlation between most physiological indicators. |
