Study On The Difference Of Quality Components In Summer And Winter Fruits Of ’Shine Muscat’ In Two-crop-a-year Cultivation

Abstract/Summary:
In this study,the contents of soluble sugar,organic acid,amino acid,flavonol and flavanol metabolites in summer and winter fruits of ‘Shine Muscat’grape at different stages of growth and development in two-crop-a-year cultivation mode were measured.The change trend of metabolites in summer and winter during growth and development and the difference of metabolites in summer and winter during development were analyzed by combining with meteorological data.Research shows:1.The average sunshine hours and temperature of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape in summer were increased with time,but the opposite was true in winter fruits.The sunshine hours,effective accumulated temperature ≥ 10 ℃ and rainfall in summer fruits growth and development period were higher than those in winter fruits,but the rainfall days were lower than that of winter fruits.The climate difference between summer and winter fruits was the main reason that the slow growth of early summer fruits and late winter fruits as well as the fast growth of early winter fruits and late winter fruits;it was also the direct reason that the growth cycle of grape in winter was larger than that in summer.2.The content of soluble solid,total sugar and reducing sugar in summer fruits of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape was higher than that in winter fruits,and the content of titratable acid was lower than that in winter fruits.The basic quality of summer fruits was better than that of winter fruits.3.In summer and winter fruits of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape,the total sugar content were increased.The content of glucose and fructose of mature stage in summer fruits were higher than that in winter fruits,and the total sugar content were significantly higher than that in winter fruits;the ratio of fructose and glucose content in summer fruits were lower than that in winter fruits.The organic acids in ‘Shine Muscat’ grape increased at first and then decreased during fruit growth and development.In the mature stage,the main organic acid of summer fruits was tartaric acid,the main organic acid of winter fruits was malic acid;due to the influence of low temperature and rainy weather,the process of acid degradation is slow in the late stage of winter fruit development.4.The content of amino acids in summer and winter fruits of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape were showed a continuous upward trend in the growth and development period;compared with summer fruits,winter fruits was more abundant in amino acids;four essential amino acids,arginine,proline,glutamic acid and alanine,were detected in summer and winter fruits,and the content of winter fruits was significantly higher than that of summer fruits.5.The species and content of phenols in ‘Shine Muscat’ grape fruits were very low;the contents of flavonol and flavanol in summer and winter fruits were decreased continuously under the growth and development period.During the growth and development period,the content of flavonol in summer fruits was significantly higher than that in winter fruits,and the content of flavanol was lower than that in winter fruits.
