In this paper,using ’Shine Muscat’ grape floral clusters as the tested materials to study the effect of CPPU teatments at 1 week before blossoming on fruit thinning simplification and fruit quality,the effect of CPPU and GA3 teatments on fruit thinning simplification and fruit quality,the effect of different methods of floral cluster by pruning on fruit growth and qualities.The main results are as follows:1.’Shine Muscat’ grape which floral cluster was treated with 5 different concentrations(0,1,2,3,4 and 5 mg/L)of CPPU at 1 week before blossoming and treated with 25 mg/L GA3 uniformly 2 weeks after blossoming to investigate the effect of CPPU on floral cluster growth and fruit quality.It was showed that the different concentrations of CPPU treatments extended floral cluster,increased the distance between berries,simple fruit weight,vertical and lateral diameter of fruits and fruit shape index,decreased soluble solid content in fruits and increased titratable acid significantly compared with the control.2.In order to study the effects of different concentration of CPPU treatments at different stage on fruit growth,quality and seedlessness in ’Shine Muscat’ grape,’Shine Muscat’ grape was treated with CPPU and GA3 in blossoming and at 2 weeks after blossoming.There were 9 concentration combinations.The results showed that the GA3 combined with CPPU treatments in blossoming could significantly increase the vertical diameter,fruit weight,the rate of seedless berry and titratable acid content compared with the same treatments applied two weeks after after blossoming.The results showed that when’Shine Muscat’ was treated with 25 mg/L GA3 in blossoming and ’Shine Muscat’ was treated with 10 mg/L CPPU added with 25 mg/L GA3 2 weeks after blossoming,the rate of seedless berry was higher than that of other treatments,and the comprehensive fruit quality was the best.3.Only remained the tip of the grape floral clusters 3 cm,5 cm,7 cm and vice spike,and cut off the other parts 7 days before blossoming,and used the clusters without cutting as the control.The grape floral clusters were treated by 25 mg/L GA3 + 5 mg/L CPPU on full-bloom stage and 25 mg/L GA3 +10 mg/L CPPU 15 days after full-bloom stage.The treatments of 3 cm,5 cm,7 cm and vice spike were all better than the control in fruit qualities.Only remaining the tip of the grape floral clusters 5 cm or vice spike significantly increased the length and diameter of berry,the every berry weight and the total soluble solids content and also significantly decreased the titratable acid content. |
