The single structure and degradation of potato varieties in northern Shaanxi area are the main bottlenecks restricting the rapid development of the local potato industry,and it is urgent to screen out new potato varieties suiTab.for the local climate and cultivation mode of high quality and high yield.This paper was conducted in 2017 and 2018 at the potato test station in Yulin City,northern Shaanxi Province,with the introduction of 29 potato varieties mainly grown by local farmers(Ji Zhang Shu 8,Gan Yin Shu 1,Xi Sen 3,Xi Sen 5,Xi Sen 6,Su Lan 1,He 15,Ding Shu 3,Long Shu 7,Xia Bo Di,Fei Wu Rui Ta,Ji Zhang Shu 12,Zhong Shu 7,YL11106-68,Ji Zhang Shu 2,Long Shu 10,Da Tong Li Wai Huang,Tian Shu 11,Zhong Shu 19,Niu Jiao Hong,Xin Li Mei,Qing Shu 168,Long Shu 11,Asexual 1 generation,L08104-12,LZ112,Tian Shu 12,Lao Hong Pi,Long Shu 9)as the research object,analysis of the quality index and soil chemical properties of different potato varieties,using the main component analysis method and double variable correlation analysis for comprehensive evaluation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)It is clear that new varieties of edible potatoes suiTab.for cultivation in northern Shaanxi areas are identified.Su Lan 1,Xi Sen 6,Lao Hong Pi and Tian Shu 11 are higher than the yield of other potato varieties,starch content,vitamin C content,protein content and soluble total sugar content is higher than other potato varieties,reduced sugar content is lower than other potato varieties.The main ingredients of these four potato varieties ranked high,with the main ingredient factors expressing the raw data at 75.1% and 79.1% respectively in the two years.Gan Yin Shu 1,Zhong Shu 7,Long Shu 7,He 15 and other varieties of yield,starch content,vitamin C content,protein content and soluble total sugar content is low,not suiTab.for large-scale cultivation in northern Shaanxi areas.(2)The new varieties of processed potatoes suiTab.for cultivation in northern Shaanxi province were analyzed.Su Lan 1,Xi Sen 3,Xi Sen 6,LZ112 and Long Shu 11 can be grown as a special variety of processed potatoes.The yield and starch content of Xi Sen 3 and Su Lan 1 are higher than those of other potato varieties and meet the requirements of all-powder-processed special varieties.Xi Sen 6 single tubers are large in weight and high in yield,and can be grown as a special variety for feed processing.LZ112 has high yield and starch content,but its nutritional value is not high,and can be used as a special variety of whole powder processing and feed processing.The quality indicators of Long Shu 11 is in line with the processing-type special varieties of crisps and French fries.(3)The distribution of soil nutrients in different potato varieties in northern Shaanxi province struck a new story.The soil nutrient residue of the main potato grown in northern Shaanxi area is reduced from more to less quick-acting potassium,effective phosphorus and nitrous nitrogen,and with the increasing of soil soil depth the content of quick-acting potassium,effective phosphorus and nitrous nitrogen is gradually reduced,soil nutrient residues at depth of 0-60 cm were lower than those of the soil layer of 60-100 cm..With the increase of soil depth,the pH of the root soil also increased,the water content showed a tendency to rise and then fall,the nutrient residue content and soil depth were negatively correlated,and the overall distribution law of "up and down low" was shown.(4)The correlation between potato tuber quality index and soil nutrient content is revealed.By analyzing the correlation between soil physical and chemical properties and potato quality index,it is shown that there is a significant positive correlation between soil conductivity and starch,reduced sugar and soluble total sugar content;Positive correlation;quick-acting potassium and starch content were significantly positively correlated with soluble total sugar,nitrogen was significantly negatively correlated with starch and soluble total sugar,and potato yield was only significantly positively correlated with soil nitrogen content;Soil pH,organic matter and effective phosphorus content were not significantly correlated with various quality indicators. |
