China is a big agricultural country,and the use of chemical fertilizer ranks first in the world,but the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer is far lower than other countries,causing waste of chemical fertilizer and environmental pollution,microbial fertilizer can solve this problems,and can improve yield of crop,improve the quality of agriculture products,improve soil fertility,and to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.In this study,analyzed abilities of PGPR for nitrogen-fixation and phosphorus-solubilizing by Ashby and phosphorus selective culture medium,and analyzed their abilities for siderophore-producing,IAA-producing and ACCD-producing.The microbial fertilizer was made from corn stalk and sheep manure,and inoculate the PGPR with better ability.The empty carrier particles(NK),chemical slow release fertilizer(60F)(90F)and blank control without fertilizer(CK)as control.The effects of microbial fertilizer(MF),microbial fertilizer mix with part of chemical slow release fertilizer(MF+60F)(MF+90F)on physiological indicators of potato,yield of tuber and quality of tuber were studied.The main results and conclusions are as follows:1.Strains of four were screened after analyzed their abilities for nitrogen-fixation,phosphorus-solubilizing,siderophore-producing,IAA-producing and ACCD-producing.The four strains were JN25(Azospirillum brasilense),W39(Azospirillum brasilense),BP 16(Pseudo,monas brassicaceum)and 188(Bacillus megaterium).2.Microbial fertilizer can improve the dry weight of roots,stems and leaves of potato,and improve the chlorophyll content of potato.Compared with NK,the yield of tuber increased by up to 18.99%treated with MF,and compared with CK,the yield of tuber increased by up to 37.69%treated with MF.But also improve the quality of tuber with microbial fertilizer.Compared with CK,microbial fertilizer can both improve the starch content and Vc content of tuber,but declined content of reducing sugar of tuber.Compared with chemical slow release fertilizer,microbial fertilizer mix with part of chemical slow release fertilizer can promote the growth of potato,improve the yield of tuber and improve the quality of tuber.3.The available nitrogen and available phosphorus content of soil of using chemical slow release fertilizer is higher without chemical slow release fertilizer.But the application of chemical slow release fertilizer do not improve the available nitrogen and available phosphorus content of rhizosphere soil.Compared with CK and NK,the content of available nitrogen of rhizosphere soil increased by up to 31.31%and 39.38%treated with MF treatment,compared with CK,declined content of available phosphorus and organic matter of rhizosphere soil,but the pH no difference.Compared with CK,MF treatment can also improve the content of available nitrogen of soil.In summary,the microbial fertilizer was made from PGPR with the abilities of nitrogen-fixation,phosphorus-solubilizing,siderophore-producing,IAA-producing and ACCD-producing can promote growth of potato,improve yield of tuber and improve soil fertility.In this study,the microbial fertilizer has a splendid application future in potato industry.
