| The present extensive and unsystematic irrigation management of urban green space has resulted in a large consumption of urban fresh water resources.So in order to solve the contradiction between urban garden water supply and social water supply and demand,the establishment of water-saving lawn has become the mainstream direction of urban green space development.Hounds 5 and Jaguar 4 G were introduced into cold season turfgrass in the north.In this study,these two turfgrass were used as experimental materials,and they were cultured under five different water supply conditions.Measuring the contents of soluble protein(SP),soluble sugar(SS),proline(Pro),malondialdehyde(MDA)and chlorophyll(Chl)by external morphology and internal physiology of turfgrass to analyze the physiological and biochemical state of lawn grass under various water conditions.The water conditions of growth of two common lawn grass were investigated to reveal the reasonable water demand mechanism of two kinds of lawn grass and provide some foundation for the subsequent establishment of water-saving lawn.The soil moisture content of the four gradients controlled by artificial water was 5%~10%,10~15%,15%~20%,20%~30%and 1 natural water loss culture experiment in this study,and the culture season was summer.By observing and evaluating the physiological indexes,comparing the results of different morphology and physiological response of lawn grass under different water conditions,and using the method of comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the indexes,the lower limit of physiological water demand of two kinds of lawn grass was determined.The results are as follows:(1)According to the growth state of the turf grass species contrast,they show a strong growth capacity and excellent quality turf landscape in T4 moisture,but after a week or so after the growth of the peak growth,blade growth changes and stability.So that the effective irrigation of the two turf grass does not exceed 20%一 30%of the soil moisture content(adequate irrigation).(2)From the variation of plant physiological and biochemical indicators,the Festuca arundinacea Schrcb ’Jaguar IVG’ demand for water is lower than the Festuca arundinacea Schrcb P’Houndog V’,with better lawn water-saving potential.Comprehensive analysis,two kinds of turf grass in soil moisture scarcity conditions similar ability to adapt,under the premise of achieving high-quality urban turf quality requirements,the growth of water conditions on the Houndog V of the lower limit of 15%一 20%(moderate irrigation),Jaguar IVG growth of water conditions limit of 10 to 15%(mild irrigation),Where the Houndog V in 10%~15%(mild irrigation)water conditions to meet the needs of lower quality lawn green landscape.(3)According to the test results of this test,the Festuca arundinacea Schrcb Vaguar IVG’ effect and the ability to maintain the green period is more stable.However,the difference between the two kinds of turf grass indicators under different water conditions and the comparison between varieties shows that both have good water-saving capacity.According to the analysis of the proportion of garden green building standards in the lawn,according to 10%~20%of the soil moisture content of the two turf grass lawn planting can save a lot of water resources. |
