China is the country with the largest number of goats raised,slaughtered,and mutton produced in the world.The sheep farming model has also developed from traditional artificial feeding to feeding robot feeding.However,after investigation,most sheep feeding systems on the market are used in large sheep farms.In small and medium-sized breeding farms,it still relies on manual feeding,so an automatic feeding robot with low cost and high flexibility is needed to solve the problems it faces.This research is based on the demand for automatic feeding technology in small and medium-sized farms in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Sheep feeding robots are taken as the research object,and the sheep feeding robots are designed and processed.First,the design of the robot discharge system is completed.After completing the design of the bin of the discharge system,combined with the production requirements of the sheep feeding robot,the main parameters such as the pitch s of the core screw conveyor shaft of the conveyor device,the diameter D and thickness of the spiral blade a,and the diameter d of the rotating shaft are designed in detail The design of the screw conveyor shaft.Finally completed the design of the overall discharge system.Then,the stress situation of the screw conveying shaft is discussed in detail.The finite element software Workbench is used to analyze the screw conveying shaft statically to prove the rationality of the structure of the screw conveying shaft and verify it based on the calculation of material mechanics.At the same time,the dynamic modal analysis is performed to obtain the natural frequencies and vibration modes of each order,so as to provide reliable data to avoid resonance of the spiral conveying shaft during feeding.Finally,OSF(Optimal Space Fill Design Method)is used to sample and analyze the relevant parameters of the screw conveyor shaft,and the response surface model is established based on the ANSYS DX(Design Exploration)module,and the optimal design is performed to obtain the optimal parameter combination of the screw conveyor shaft.The conveying space of the discharging system is increased,and the unit conveying efficiency of the sheep feeding robot is improved.
