Circular agriculture is a new model of modern agriculture in our country,and an important agricultural development model that is conducive to sustainable development.In the strategic context of rural revitalization,and combined with the actual development of rural construction in the new period,circular agriculture focusing on the combination of planting and breeding is the most effective way.Exploring the development model of circular economy is of great significance to developing of ecological agriculture and revitalizing rural construction.For this article,the current situation of planting and breeding development in Xingqing District was investigated and analyzed on the spot.At the same time,combined with the quantitative analysis method of SWOT,the agricultural economic cycle,and the planting and breeding circulation model in Xingqing District was comprehensively analyzed.Finally,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.(1)With the help of the literature research method,combinedwith domestic and foreign research documents,thispaper expounds the related concepts and theories such as planting,breeding,circular economy,etc.And it summarizes the basic content and current significance of the concept,which provides sufficient information for the in-depth study of this article theoretical basis.(2)The method of investigation and interview is used to study the agriculture circulation economy development current situation of Xingqing District,investigate and analyze the development status of planting and breeding industry in the planting and breeding circulation mode,understand the main types and methods of local agricultural production,The ecological environment has been systematically analyzed,and a large amount of real data has been obtained,which can provide a data basis for the following research.(3)The SWOT strategy analysis method was used to study the planting and breeding circulation mode of agricultural circular economy in Xingqing District,and a SWOT quantitative analysis model is constructed for the planting and breeding circulation mode of agricultural circular economy in Xingqing District,which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.The study qualitatively analyzes each element of the SWOT model of the agricultural circular economy planting and breeding circulation model in Xingqing District,and implements a quantitative evaluation of the criticality and possibility of the elements,and finally implements a decision-making evaluation for each stage,and establishes a polar coordinate system Contains the vector of strategic strength and azimuth angle,through quantitative analysis to clarify the market position and competitive situation of agricultural circular economy in Xingqing District,and then summarize the strategy and methods,so as to provide reference for the development of agricultural circular economy development in Xingqing District.direction.In conclusion,through the research of this article,the current situation and existing problems in the development of planting and breeding circular economy in Xingqing District are sorted out,and the beneficial practices and shortcomings in the planting and breeding circulation model in this region are put forward,and the next step is to further promote planting and breeding.The circular development model puts forward relevant suggestions,which provides beneficial help for the better development of the circular economy of breeding and breeding in the region.
