Study On Evaluation Of Circular Economy Level Of Agricultural In Bayan County

With the development of science and technology,environmental issues have gradually gained people’s attention,and the path of sustainable development has become a global consensus.Agricultural resources in agriculture,as a natural resource that can be directly utilized,are basic industries.Agricultural resources play an irreplaceable role in the process of human and natural material exchange.At the same time,human beings are the most dependent and most influential on natural resources and ecological environment.The basis for sustainable development of the human economy and society is the vital role of agricultural resources for sustainable development and even for the development of the entire region and the country as a whole.The circular economy as a model is a model that provides a template for the sustainability of agricultural development.At present,the trend and trend of world agricultural development is to develop agricultural circular economy.Therefore,agricultural circular economy is the only way for Bayan County to develop agricultural sustainability.This paper takes Bayan County as the research area,based on the concepts of agricultural economy,circular economy and related theories,and according to the natural environment,climate,resources and economic and social development level of Bayan County,the actual situation of agricultural production in Bayan County To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for agricultural circular economy in Bayan County,and the selection of indicators includes the following aspects: environmental safety indicators,population system indicators,economic and social development indicators,and resource reduction input indicators.According to the evaluation results of the indicator system,corresponding measures are proposed to promote the agricultural economic cycle development in Bayan County.The main purpose of developing agricultural circular economy is to reuse agricultural resources in Bayan County and promote the harmonious development of agricultural economic system and natural ecosystem.Bayan County can follow the path of sustainable development.The research results are as follows:(1)The results of economic and social development evaluation in 2007-2016 showed an overall upward trend of volatility,with an overall increase of 0.1734;the evaluation results of resource reduction input showed a general downward trend,with an overall decrease of 0.02;the evaluation results of resource recycling increased overall.The trend increased by 0.1197 overall;the overall environmental safety assessment showed a volatility,with an overall increase of 0.1376;the population system’s evaluation showed a volatility,but the overall growth was small,increasing by 0.0781.The overall level of circular economy development in Bayan County’s agriculture continued to rise,but still showed non-equilibrium.The reduction of resources is the weak link that restricts the development of circular economy in Bayan County,followed by environmental safety.(2)According to the evaluation results of the development level of agricultural circular economy in Bayan County,extract relevant countermeasures from five aspects of resource recycling,environmental security,economic and social development,population system and resource reduction,so as to improve the agricultural circular economy of Bayan County The horizontal countermeasures are mainly to: optimize the industrial structure,increase crop yields;reduce excessive investment,improve the recycling rate of resource recycling economy,technological innovation,actively promote ecological planting mode;expand the scale of breeding,and increase the amount of microbial treatment such as livestock manure Improve the proportion of farmers’ employees and cultural quality;increase the publicity of the team’s agricultural circular economy.
