| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,and the sustainable development of agriculture is closely related to the sustainable development of the whole society.The agricultural circular economy is an important way of the development of modern agriculture,the core of the sustainable development strategy of agriculture and the strategic choice of the global environmental protection.The drawbacks of traditional agricultural development mode are constantly emerging in resources,environment and economy.Agricultural circular economy has become an active way for all countries in the world to explore.China’s relevant departments also vigorously promote the development of circular economy in agriculture,the national development and Reform Commission issued guidelines "on the comprehensive agricultural development cycle of regional eco agriculture project(2017-2020)pointed out that the notice" in China from 2017 to 2020,the construction of about 300 regional ecological cycle agricultural projects,and actively promote the development of friendly environment and ecology conservation agriculture,resource conservation,improvement of agricultural product quality safety level,standardized production level and the level of sustainable agricultural development.As a big agricultural county in Shanxi Province,Qingxu county has a great influence on the agricultural development of Taiyuan and even the whole province.In recent years,obvious progress has been made in its agricultural development,but many problems have also been exposed in the process of development,such as serious pollution of agricultural ecological environment,shortage of professional and technical personnel,low efficiency of agricultural circular economy and so on.In order to solve the related problems and develop the agricultural economy better,it is imperative to study the development of the agricultural circular economy in Qingxu county.The theory and practice of domestic and foreign agricultural circular economy are studied,discusses the basic concept and content of agricultural circular economy principle,characteristics,hierarchy,with the theory of circular economy and sustainable development theory,ecological economics theory,green development theory as the support,and the on-site investigation in Qingxu County,using SWOT analysis of the current situation of the development of agricultural circular economy in Qingxu County,the qualitative analysis of strategic advantage,the development of agricultural circular economy in the region’s weaknesses,opportunities and threats.On this basis,we explored the way to develop agricultural circular economy in Qingxu County,and built a circular economy system between agriculture,industry and the third industry to promote the development of agricultural economy.Finally,we put forward some safeguards to promote the development of agricultural circular economy,so as to enhance the development of agricultural circular economy in Qingxu County by means of strengthening organizational leadership and innovating working mechanism. |
