With the require of total ban on antibiotics,development products replace antibiotics has become a focus.The objective of this study was to replacing antibiotics with Mongolian medicine plants to provide reference for feed safety and healthy development in animal husbandry.In this study,a kind of Mongolian medicine plant and its concentration were selected by in vitro microbial culture test.And the performance,serum biochemical index and immune function parameters of mutton sheep were tested by feeding test with chlortetracycline,the effect of Mongolian medicinal plant instead of antibiotics was analyzed.First,3 kind of medium containing 0%,1%,2%,3%and 4%concentration were inoculated with Escherichia coli,Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus buchneri and Lactobacillus(hesheng)48h.The results shown:3%and 4%of Rubus sachalinensis Leveille and Artemisia frigida Willd was inhibiting Escherichia coli(P<0.05),1%and 3%Sophora flavescens Ait had no obvious difference(P>0.05);1%Sophora flavescens Ait was increasing Lactobacillus plantarum(P<0.05),and 1%Rubus sachalinensis Leveille and 2%Artemisia frigida Willd had no obvious difference(P>0.05);1%and 2%Artemisia frigida Willd increasing Lactobacillus buchneri(P<0.05),2%Ramulus Rubi Leveille and 4%Sophora flavescens Ait had no obvious difference(P>0.05);1%Ramulus Rubi Leveille and barring 2%Sophora flavescens Ait promote Lactobacillus(hesheng)and all Artemisiafrigida Willd inhibiting,but all of this had no obvious difference(P>0.05).According to the experimental results,combined with the traditional prescription and cost factors analysis,1%concentration of Sophora flavescens Ait was selected as the Mongolian medicine additive for later feeding test.The Mutton sheep were divided into control group,antibiotic group,1%Sophora flavescens Ait group and 2%Sophora flavescens Ait group.3 rats in each group were pre-feeding period for 1 week and positive feeding period for 2 week.Results of feeding test shown:all group of mutton was health,no diarrhea,vomiting and other symptoms.Both the total adding weight and daily adding weight were higher than the control group and no obvious difference(P>0.05).Among them,2%Sophora flavescens Ait group had best production performance,followed by antibiotic group;The addition of Sophora flavescens Ait and antibiotichad had no obvious effect on liver function,kidney Function,Blood glucose and blood fat.The result of Physiological biochemical were small,ALT as the most sensitive index to test liver function damage,adding 1%Sophora flavescens Ait showed the best effect of reducing ALT,and P was obvious increased by 1.16mmo1·L-1,1.11mmol·L-1 in the antibiotic group and Sophora flavescens Ait group(P<0.05),but Ca had no obvious decrease,the electrolyte is normal(P>0.05).The IgM was significantly increased by adding 1%Sophora flavescens Ait(P<0.05),but the IgG and TP were not significantly higher than antibiotic group and 2%Sophora flavescens Ait group.Comprehensive evaluation showed that the feeding effect of 1%Sophora flavescens Ait group was better than antibiotic group,which provide reference for the application of Mongolian medicine plants in the filed of feeding,and explored new ways for the development of feed safety and green additives.
