In this experiment,Apocynum Venetum seeds picked from teaching farms of agricultural university in Inner Mongolia at different years were used as experimental materials,and single salt stress(0(CK),0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 mol/L)of NaCl solution at different concentrations was applied.The growth index and physiological and biochemical index in the germination and seedling stages of apocynum chinensis were measured and analyzed by the petri dish method,so as to provide theoretical basis for the introduction,cultivation and salinized land improvement of apocynum chinensis in the salinized areas of Inner Mongolia.The results are as follows:(1)In the treatment with NaCl concentration from 0 to 0.4mol/L,the germination rate and germination index of Apocynum Venetum seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature,and the germination rate and germination index were the highest when the temperature was 25?.The overall trend of salt damage index is decreasing with the increase of temperature.Under the treatment of low concentration NaCl,seeds of apocyrhizum chinensis have certain salt resistance,and the salt tolerance of seeds in different storage years is different.(2)With the increase of NaCl stress concentration,the germination rate of Apocynum Venetum seeds showed a trend of significantly decreasing,the germination index of Apocynum Venetum seeds showed a trend of significantly decreasing,and the salt damage index of Apocynum Venetum seeds showed a trend of significantly increasing.Moreover,with the increase of the storage years of Apocynum Venetum seeds,the germination rate,germination index and salt damage index of Apocynum Venetum seeds decreased more after salt stress,which may be because with the increase of the storage years,the external environmental factors of storage had harmful effects on Apocynum Venetum seeds and increased the decrease of the seed vitality.(3)With the increase of NaCl concentration,apocynum seedling stage of SOD,POD and CAT enzyme activity are presented at first,the changing trends of lowered after the highest in 0.2mol/L processing of SOD and POD enzyme activity,and the highest when the CAT enzyme activity in 0.3mol/L treatment,show that high concentration of salt conditions make apocynum seedling excessive accumulation of active oxygen in the body,make the balance of active oxygen in the body break,protective enzyme system capacity with balance decreases in the distance of the salt stress condition than 0.2mol/L processing conditions to produce reactive oxygen content exceeded its removal ability.(4)With the increase of salt concentration,the MDA content in the seedling stage of Apocynum Venetum increased continuously,and decreased sharply after 0.3mol/L treatment,indicating that with the increase of salt concentration,the cell membrane damage in Apocynum Venetum seedlings was more severe,and the increase of NaCl concentration was abnormal.(5)With the increase of NaCl concentration,the soluble sugar content in Apocynum Venetum seedlings showed a trend of "rising first and then decreasing",in which the soluble sugar enzyme activity in Apocynum Venetum seedlings under 0.3mol/L treatment was lower than that of control,and the other treatment results were significantly higher than that of control.(6)The content of free proline in robinia plantlet seedlings showed a trend of'rising first and then decreasing",in which the activity of free proline in robinia plantlet seedlings under 0.4mol/L treatment was lower than that of control,and the results of other treatments were significantly higher than that of control.The activity of free proline reached the maximum under 0.3mol/L treatment,which increased by 142.26%compared with the control group.Under 0.4mol/L treatment,the activity of free proline decreased sharply,which was 24.28%lower than that of the control group.(7)With the increase of NaCl concentration,the ultra-weak luminescence intensity of robinea japonicum seedlings showed a decreasing trend,and the results of each treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group.Moreover,the ultra-weak luminescence enzyme activity decreased sharply under the treatment of high concentration(T4),which was 60.2%lower than that of the control group.
