In this study,the salt was used as the experimental material,and the reactive oxygen free radicals and reactive oxygen free radical scavenging were carried out under salt stress.(UWL),active oxygen system,energy level,photosynthesis and so on were studied under the condition of salt stress and under the condition of stress and free radical scavenging and scavenging.Changes of UWL in Focusing on the generation of reactive oxygen species.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The changes of UWL,growth vigor,photosynthesis,reactive oxygen species and energy level of Dendrocalamus latiflorus under NaCl salt stress were studied.The results showed that the UWL intensity decreased,the relative water content decreased,the root activity decreased,the ratio of bound water and free water increased,and the relative water content was highly correlated with UWL under salt stress.The difference was significant,The contents of Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,Chla,Chlb and Chl were decreased and the photosynthetic capacity was decreased.The contents of UWL and Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci were significantly lower than those of UWL Cu-content,Chl content,Chl content,Chl content were highly positive correlation,the difference was significant;O2-production rate,MDA-content,relative conductivity increased,UWL and O2-production rate,MDA content,relative conductivity was highly negative correlation And the contents of ATP and energy were positively correlated with UWL,and the difference was significant.The difference of ATP content and ATP content was significantly correlated with UWL.Reflecting the degree of salt stress.It is suggested that photosynthesis and energy correlation are related to UWL production,and active oxygen is not a direct source of UWL.2.The changes of UWL,growth vigor,photosynthesis,reactive oxygen species and energy levels of Dejing in leaves were studied by using hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)and sodium benzoate under salt stress.The results showed that the UWL intensity of NaCl +H2O2 treated with NaCl + H2O2 and NaCl+ sodium benzoate was decreased under salt stress,the relative water content decreased,the root activity decreased,the ratio of bound water and free water increased,There was a significant positive correlation between relative water content and UWL,and the difference was significant.The ratio of bound water and free water was negatively correlated with UWL,and the difference was significant.Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,Chla,Chlb,Chl Content of UWL and Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,Chla,Chlb,Chl content were positively correlated,the difference was significant;O2-production rate,MDA content,relative conductivity increased,UWL and O2-The content of ATP and energy were positively correlated with UWL,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The content of ATP and energy were significantly higher than those of UWL The The contents of Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,Chla,Chlb,Chl and ATP were increased by H2O2 treatment,and the ratio of bound water to free water,O2-production rate,MDA(Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,Chla),Chlb content,Chl content and ATP content were decreased,and the contents of Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,Chla,Chl content,Chl content and ATP content were decreased,and the decrease of UWL And the ratio of free water,O2-production rate,MDA content,relative conductivity rise,while slowing the decline of UWL.Further description of photosynthesis,energy correlation and UWL production,reactive oxygen species is indirectly affected by UWL.
