Taking the Cultivation Apocynum Venetum seed of Bayannur,Baotou,Tongliao,Ordos region of teaching farm in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as test material.Different concentrations of NaCl salt stress(0(CK),100,200,300 and 400mmol/L Na Cl)were carried out.The growth indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes of the germination stage and seedling stage were studied by dish dipping method and pot method.Evaluated salt resistance of Apocynum by adapting subordinate function method in Fuzzy Mathematics. Thus it provides a theoretical basis for the introduction, cultivation and improvement of salinization in the salinized area of Inner Mongolia.Result showed:1.The salt concentration is in the 0-400mmol/L Na Cl stage, the seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index, radicle and germ were all significantly reduced;Salt damage index, salt damage level increased gradually, and the increase in different regions was different. The seeds of the four regions had certain salinity resistance, and ability of salt-resistance in different areas was different.2.the content of MDA in Bayannur,Baotou,Tongliao and Ordos areas showed a upward trend with the increase of salt concentration. However, the contents of SOD,POD,proline and soluble sugar of all four regions showed a upward trend at first and downward trend later with the increase of salt concentration evenly.Different regions change different. The seeds of Ordos reach the peak at 200 mmol/LNa Cl,the others three regions reached peak value at 300mmol/LNa Cl treatment.3.Seedling height of bayannur, baotou, tongliao and ordos in the four areas, the higher the inhibitory effect of the higher salt concentration. At the same time, the relative water content of the leaves in the four regions decreased.Different regions change different. The relative water content of the leaves in baotou and bayannur area is higher than that in ordos and tongliao area. The MDA content and the relative conductivity of the four regions showed a rising trend, and the difference was significant. The contents of SOD,POD、Pro and soluble sugar of all three regions showed a upward trend at first and downward trend later with the increase of salt concentration evenly. The four regions peaked at 300mmol/L Na Cl.4.Na Cl stress has a significant influence on the photosynthesis of the leaves in the four areas of bayannur, baotou, tongliao and ordos. The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b,Pn,Ci,Gs and Tr all showed a decreasing trend, and the decrease of Pn in the four regions was caused by stomatal limitation. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the UWL was reduced. The changes of UWL in photosynthesis and chlorophyll content were consistent, this indicates that there was a close relationship between UWL and chlorophyll and photosynthesis in four regions.5.The ABA content in the four areas of bayannur, baotou, tongliao and ordos increased with the increase of salt concentration,it can be considered that the decrease of transpiration rate and plant height growth is the result of ABA regulation of stomatal closure and self-inhibition.Among them, the largest increase in ordos area and the least increase in bayannur area, and this should be one of the reasons why the seedling plant height in the ordos area is obviously lower than that of the other three regions.6.Salt resistance of 4 areas Apocynum Venetum seeds Germination and Seedling stage were evaluated by adapting subordinate function method in Fuzzy Mathematics, the salt resistances of the four regions were consistent.Ability of salt-resistance is: Banyannur Apocynum Venetum> Baotou Apocynum Venetum> Tongliao Apocynum Venetum>Ordos.Apocynum Venetum.
