Clinical Investigation And Treatment Of Canine Dermatosis In Luliang City

Canine dermatosis is one of the most commom diseases in dogs.In order to understand the incidence of dog skin disease in Luliang City,have investigated and analyzed the incidence causes and recurrence rate of dog skin disease in five pet hospitals in Luliang City from January to December 2019.The Relationship between the incidence of Dog Skin Diseases and Season,Age,Gender,Breed and Position,The typical cases were selected for food inhibition test,food provocation test and treatment test.The results showed that the incidence of canine dermatosis in luliang was 18.50%,ranked second only to internal medicine(28.24%)in the first place.Mainly concentrated in June,July,August and September,accounting for 53.16%of the annual incidence.Most of them are under 3 years old,of which 29.48%are 1-3 years old.More males attacked than females,and the ratio of males to females is 1.29:1.Teddy,Golden Retriever and Samoyed dogs had the highest number of cases,with 794 cases.The main affected parts were back,face and abdomen.Of the 1584 canine skin diseases,1362 have been diagnosed as pruritic in dogs.Among the first cases,489 were moderately pruritic,accounting for 45.19%of all the first cases of pruritic skin disease in dogs.There were 613 cases living outdoors,accounting for 45.01%of pruritic skin disease in dogs.And were 1303 cases of seasonal attack.accounting for 95.67%of pruritic skin disease in dogs.Results of treatment trials showed that the effective rates of control in canine pruritus were 70%and 55%in olatinib group respectively.The results showed that olatinib was superior to chlorpheniramine,which confirmed the clinical effect of olatinib in the control of pruritus.For the treatment of pruritus dermatosis,pruritus control is the key and the allergies can only be controlled,not cure.
