The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of adding different concentrations of chicken-derived probiotics to diets on growth performance, slaughtering performance, pancreatic digestive enzyme activity, meat quality antioxidant ability, serum immunoglobulin levels and intestinal Toll-like receptor pathway in White feather broilers. One hundred and eighty 28-day-old white feather broilers were randomly divided into group I?basic diet?,group II(basic diet/kg+1011CFU probiotics),and group III(basic diet/kg+2×1011CFU probiotics),with 3repeats in each group and 20 broilers in each repeat. There was no significant difference in the initial body weight of each repetition. The experiment period was 21days.The experimental results were as follows:Compared with group I,?1?the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of white feather hybrid broilers in group II and group III were extremely significantly increased at 28-48 days?P<0.01?,and the Feed to Gain Ratio of broilers in group II was extremely significantly decreased?P<0.01?.?2?The slaughter rate, clean chamber rate and leg muscle rate of broilers in group II were significantly increased?P<0.05?,and the chest muscle rate was extremely significantly increased?P<0.01?.The slaughter rate of broilers in group III was significantly increased?P<0.05?,and the chest muscle rate was extremely significantly increased?P<0.01?.?3?Meat quality?meat color, inosine concentration, free amino acid concentration, free fatty acid concentration?and nutrient content?water, crude fat, crude protein, crude ash content?of chest muscle and leg muscle in group II and III were improved to some extent?P>0.05?.?4?The protease activity and amylase activity of white feather hybrid broilers in group II and III were extremely significantly increased?P<0.01?,The contents of serum T-AOC,SOD and GSH-PX were significantly increased?P>0.05?,and the contents of MDA were significantly decreased?P>0.05?.?5?Compared with group I,the serum Ig G and Ig M levels in group II and group III were significantly increased?P<0.05?,And the protein expression of TLR2,TLR4,Myd88,TRAF-6,AP-1 and the relative expression of m RNA in group II and group III was significantly or extermly significantly increased?p<0.05 or p<0.01?.Compared with group II,the serum Ig G,Ig M and Ig A levels in group III were no significant difference?P>0.05?,the protein expression of TLR4 and My D88 in group III was extremely significantly increased?P<0.01?,and the relative expression of My D88 m RNA was significantly increased?P<0.05?.The results showed that adding different concentrations of chicken-derived compound probiotics could improve the growth performance and slaughtering performance of white feather broilers, increase the activity of pancreatic digestive enzyme, improve the meat quality, improve the antioxidant ability, increase the serum Ig G and Ig M levels, and effectively regulate the immune function of broilers through toll like receptor pathway.
