With the advancement and development of pet medicine, more and more advanced diagnostic techniques are used in the clinical practice of small animals, which is undoubtedly a big boon for small animals. The urinary system problem of small animals has always been a big problem around the veterinarian. In the past,it could only be examined by simple imaging, and some deep-seated urinary system problems often failed.CT urography(computed tomography urography,CTU)It was born out of nowhere, and urography under CT technology undoubtedly solved this big problem. When the urography under CT technology is becoming more and more mature,we are now pursuing more how to enhance the effect of angiography to obtain a clearer image And to obtain the urography image we want in a shorter contrast time,in order to reduce the damage to the body of small animals. Therefore, this experiment is mainly through the use of anisodamine(654-2),hypertonic saline, furosemide and iohexol combined contrast study to find a way to reduce the damage to small animals on the premise of The method to obtain the clearest contrast image in the shortest time.In this test, four Chinese male and female dogs of about one year of age, about the same size, and healthy postures were selected.Under CT,low-dose furosemide was used for the urinary system.Seminol and iohexol combined contrast test, anisodamine and iohexol combined contrast test, hypertonic saline and iohexol combined contrast test.CT scans were performed at 30 s,2 min,4 min,6 min,8 min,10 min,12 min,14 min,16 min,18 min,and 20 min, respectively. While performing contrast imaging,we monitored the dog's complete blood count and liver and kidney biochemical indicators. The following results can be obtained by comparing the data results of the whole blood cell count and biochemical indicators measured in the entire test, and the comparison of urography images obtained using 4 different imaging methods under CT:(1)The safety of iohexol used in the test Better, with fewer side effects.(2)Among the three methods of enhancing urinary angiography, the combination of normal saline and iohexol has the least damage to test dogs, and the use of low-dose furosemide has a greater impact on test dogs' creatinine value and the test dog's complete blood count There is an effect, and the other two combined imaging methods have less effect on the test dogs.(3)Comprehensive comparison and analysis of the contrast images of all urinary systems. It can be found that in urography, the use of low-dose furosemide and iohexol combinedcontrast is significantly better than the other two methods, and these three contrast methods are superior The iohexol test alone can enhance urography.(4)The use of low-dose furosemide and iohexol combined imaging can obtain the best imaging image in the shortest time.
