welfare.However,the research on animal welfare started relatively late in China,and there is a large gap with developed countries and regions.China is often used as a trade barrier,which seriously hinders the economic exchanges between China and the world;secondly,attention to animal welfare,especially the level of farm animal welfare,is the requirement of China's "harmonious nature: policy,but also an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of China's animal husbandry.In addition,with the improvement of national economic strength and the improvement of national living standards,people pay more and more attention to the quality,source,and breeding links of pig products.The protection of animal welfare is improving the level of animal health,improving the quality of livestock products,and reducing The use of veterinary drugs and ensuring the quality and safety of livestock products play an important role.In recent years,the scale of the modern pig raising industry has been expanding.However,the relevant research on pig welfare has shown a fragmented state.As far as welfare level evaluation is concerned,the existing welfare evaluation system is mainly based on subjective evaluation and very dependent on evaluation.The experience and professional level of the personnel,lack of scientific system and quantitative evaluation of welfare breeding standards,can not meet the needs of China's modern pig industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish a scientific system of objective growth and fattening pig welfare breeding evaluation standards.Based on "Farm Animal Welfare Requirements for Pigs" and "European Animal Welfare Evaluation Book",this article uses Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods,combined with the current standards and literature reports in various countries to select four evaluation standards for their weight in the overall evaluation Feeding welfare(37.29%),environmental welfare(21.26%),health welfare(27.30%),behavior welfare(14.15%).A total of 18 welfare evaluation indicators and their weights under each standard level have been determined,and finally a set of scientific and objective growth and fattening pig welfare and breeding evaluation standards have been formed,and the same as the "EU Animal Welfare Assessment" for the same growth and fattening pig breeding The evaluation results of the factory are compared and verified in practice.The evaluation results of the two are consistent,which proves its operability and scientificity.With the rapid development of science and technology today,the automation level of growing and finishing pig breeding is increasing and the scale of breeding is also expanding.This brings challenges to the traditional evaluation method that relies on evaluators on the spot,and this evaluation method can only reflect the welfare level of a specific time node or interval,and it is difficult to achieve real-time continuous dynamic reflection of the animal welfare level.Therefore,the establishment of a precise system An effective monitoring system for the welfare level of growing and finishing pigs is an inevitable requirement for the development of growing and finishing pig welfare breeding in China.This article is systematic,typical,dynamic,concise and scientific,comparable,operable,quantifiable,and comprehensive in principle to select input indicators and monitoring indicators based on the existing technology level,and complete the design of the
