Study On The Development Strategy Of Recreational Fishing Boats In Putuo District Under The Background Of Reducing Ship Production

In recent years,with the rapid improvement of fishing capacity of fishing boats in zhejiang province,the fish resources in the east China sea have declined sharply.To speed up the restoration and revitalization of zhoushan fishing grounds,putuo district reduced the number of vessels 241,resulting in more than 2,000 fishermen lost their jobs.The development of recreational fishing boats can not only make use of "production conversion" fishing boats,but also absorb fishermen who have lost their sea jobs with single skills.It is also conducive to the cultivation of new recreational fishery products,which is an important direction to promote the supply-side structural reform of fishery.Under the background of ship production reduction,this paper takes zhoushan putuo district as the research object,the leisure fishing boat development in combing leisure fishing boat,ship production reduction concept and related basic theory,on the basis of building the recreational fishing boat development system,and analyzes the location factors,putuo district,fishery resources,climate condition,natural landscape,infrastructure,human resources and government policies and other recreational fishing boat development influencing factors;Through on-the-spot investigation method and questionnaire investigation method to putuo district tourist satisfaction questionnaire 400,recovery of 389 questionnaires,375 valid questionnaires,and using the SPSS statistical software to the questionnaire result reliability validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation factor analysis,finally discriminant step by step regression analysis,refining the leisure fishing boat development facing the depth development,infrastructure,safety regulation,propaganda four aspects of the problem.Finally,based on the existing problems in the development of recreational fishing boats in putuo district,combined with the growth pole theory,stakeholder theory and supply-side structural reform theory,the paper puts forward four countermeasures and Suggestions for the in-depth planning and development of recreational fishing boats in putuo district,strengthening safety supervision,strengthening infrastructure construction and enhancing publicity.
