At present,the clinical anesthesia of small animals is developing rapidly,and the concept of branch anesthesia is gradually formed.With the increasing number of cases of small animal cataract,corneal injury and other ophthalmic surgical diagnosis and treatment,small animal ophthalmic anesthesia has also developed,but there are still many problems in anesthesia,one of which is how to ensure the sufficient muscle relaxation effect of the surgical department during ophthalmic surgery.Non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking drug vecuronium is widely used,which can give stable ocular muscle relaxation effect to animals,has good safety,and can meet the needs of ophthalmic surgery.However,it will reduce intraocular pressure and tear volume during ophthalmic surgery,slow recovery of ophthalmic and physiological indexes after surgery,and have certain influence on normal physiological indexes of dogs.Therefore,it is of practical significance to find a drug that can replace vecuronium to improve the influence of ocular physiological indexes and basic physiological indexes.This paper mainly conducted a comparative study on the effects of vecuronium and cisatracurium on basic physiology,eyes and appendages of dogs,in order to fully guarantee the muscle relaxation effect,create good guarantee conditions for veterinary ophthalmic surgery and improve the safety of ophthalmic surgery.Test contents:?1?Venous channels of both forelimbs were established before the test,and atropine 0.02 mg/kg was injected subcutaneously into all dogs 15 min before the test.Intramuscular injection of 0.4 mg/kg butorphanol 5 min before anesthesia,induction anesthesia with propofol 6 mg/kg,followed by continuous isoflurane respiratory anesthesia.During the experiment,normal saline was infused intravenously at 10 m L/kg/h to maintain perfusion.The three groups received intravenous injection of vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg in group A after positive pressure ventilation was applied to respiratory anesthesia machine for 5 min.Group B:Benzenesulfonyl Cisatracurium 0.1 mg/kg;The control group received 5 m L of normal saline intravenously.The changes of physiological indexes and ophthalmic related indexes of dogs were monitored at different time nodes,and anesthesia scores and recovery scores were also performed.?2?Operation verification test:group B,which had the best effect in the previous test,was used as the anesthesia scheme to perform phacoemulsification,conjunctival flap covering,corneal suture,cataract phacoemulsification and iris cutting,and to record the changes of respiratory and blood circulation system indexes during the operation and ophthalmic indexes within 24 h after the operation,and to score anesthesia and recovery.Test results:?1?The anesthesia data of each group showed that the anesthesia score of group B was the best among the three groups,and the effect of muscle relaxation was the best among the three groups.In terms of Sp O2 monitoring,at 50 minutes in group A,at 60 minutes in the control group,the blood oxygen saturation decreased to below 95%,and at each time point in group B,the blood oxygen saturation was 96%.In terms of T monitoring,there was a decrease in the three groups after anesthesia.In the examination of ophthalmic related indexes,group B had less influence on IOP than group A and the control group,only in 80 min and 90 min there was a significant difference?p<0.05?,and the basic IOP value was restored 18 h after awakening,and in40?90 min there was a significant difference?p<0.05?in group A,and the basic IOP was restored22 h after awakening.There was significant difference between group A and control group at 10-90min and 20?90 min?p<0.05?,and between group B and control group at 30?90 min?p<0.05?.The tear volume of group A,group B and control group recovered to the basic value at 20 h,14 h and 20 h respectively.?2?It was proved that the changes of basic physiological indexes and ophthalmic related indexes in dogs were within the reasonable range through the application of B group in the practical operation.The anesthesia effect of experimental dogs in the operation was excellent,with little impact on the eyes and appendages.Combined with the results,we can draw the following conclusions:?1?vecuronium and besylate cis-atracurium are applied to dog ophthalmic anesthesia respectively,and the monitoring of dog physiological indexes and ophthalmic related indexes during anesthesia is compared,which shows that cisatracurium is more suitable for canine anesthesia.?2?The ophthalmic surgery verification tests such as cataract phacoemulsification,conjunctival flap covering and corneal suture show that 0.1 mg/kg besylate cis-atracurium increases the safety and practicability of canine ophthalmic anesthesia.
