Using plant VOCs to recuperate and cure diseases is the highlight of the current"healthy forest" research.Plant VOCs has attracted extensive attention.Many scholars have detected and analyzed the component contents of plant VOCs,established a list of VOCs emission,and further studied the pharmacological effects of various compounds on human body,which has become a hot topic in biochemistry,garden plants and other disciplines.This thesis with 6 kinds of common plant as the research object,through testing by GC-MS.Under physiological conditions,use Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Molecular Simulation technology,clarified plant VOCs small molecules can prevent diseases,and strengthen physical health.The results of plant VOCs can provide the beneficial reference on human breath,absorb and treatment etc.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.SHS-GC-MS method was used to detect and analyze the volatile substances of six plants:Camellia,Ormosia henryi,Chinkapin,Elaeocarpus glabripetalus and Llex latifolia,so as to determine the number of volatile and properties of the compounds.The results showed that the characteristic compounds and quantities released by different tree species in March were different,and the VOCs released by six plants included terpenes,alcohols,esters,aldehydes,hydrocarbons,acids,ketones,benzene and ethers,among which terpenes,aldehydes,alcohols and esters were the most abundant.Benzene compounds only detected in the Ormosia henryi,ethers compounds only in camellia and Elaeocarpus glabripetalus.Llex latifolia did not detect hydrocarbons.The quantity and content of volatile organic compounds in the leaves of Ormosia henryi and the flowers of Ormosia henryi were similar.The concentration and composition of VOCs released by different plants and plant tissues and organs of various genera are different,which may be determined by different genetic characteristics and kinship of plants.2.Plant VOCs molecules have a wide variety of physiological functions.Among them,terpene compounds have good medicinal effects.Trace amounts of ether compounds and benzene compounds have been detected in the samples,which are harmful to human body.Common component D-limonene was found in Ormosia henryi.The content of linalool was the most similar in the Ormosia henryi,Chinkapin,and Elaeocarpus glabripetalus.The content of isovaleraldehyde was the most significant in the Elaeocarpus glabripetalus.The content of aldehydes was the most significant in the camellia.The content of ethyl acetate in camellia was rich.This indicates that VCOs released by plants are similar and common.3.The volatile substances,such as linalool,D-limonene and carylene,were selected for spectroscopic detection with HSA.The results show that all three can interact with HSA,and the quenching mechanism of linalool-HSA,D-limonene-HSA and caryophyllene-HSA systems is static quenching.The hydrophobicity of amino acid residues in the microenvironment of HSA was affected.4.Molecular simulation technology was used to study the mechanism of action of linalool-HSA,D-limonene-HSA and caryophyllene-HSA systems,and to simulate the dynamic binding process between molecules.The results showed that the small molecules were wrapped in the active pocket of HSA,and the binding site of the active group was on the tryptophan residue of HSA,forming a stable hydrophobic capsule cavity under the intermolecular force.Molecular dynamics simulation results showed that RMSD values of the three systems tended to balance after a continuous increase,and the motion trajectory between receptors and ligands was stable from separation to binding,indicating that the binding and action between receptors and ligands was effective and scientific.The relevant results not only further verified the reliability of the fluorescence spectrum experiment,but also showed that linalool,d-limonene and caryophyllene small molecules could produce healthy and healthy effects on human body,and the pharmacological effects of terpenes and plant volatile beneficial small molecules on human body provided beneficial biological references.
