Dragon’s blood is a resin secreted by Dracena tree with long medicinal use history.It has the efficacy of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,relieving pain and stanching bleeding,also converges wound.However,the incr-easing resource shortage limited the development of dragoon’s blood industry.Art ificial planting of Dracaena tree and then inducing the production of dragon’s bl-ood is the only way to solve resource shortage problem.Currently,the mechanis-m study of dragon’s blood production is still very simple,which cannot support industrial development.Fusarium oxysporum 6113 stain which could increase the production of drag on’s blood,and a Fusarium oxysporum strain which was isolated from air were i noculated to Dracaena trees at the same time rspectively,which showed that onl-y Fusarium oxysporum 6113 strain has the specific function in inducing dragon’s blood production.This result demonstrates that dragon blood production induced by fungi is specific.4 chemicals for plant induction resistance can increase the p-roduction of dragon’s blood,too proves that dragon’s blood production is a typ ical induction resistance reaction.The whole genome of strain Fusarium oxysporum 6113 which can induce dr-agon blood production was sequenced and assembled for the first time.The geno-me size was 46.9 Mb,including 102 scaffold,N50 up to 1.5 Mbp,and the pred-ictive coding protein gene was 16071,with 61.61%of the genes being annotate-d.Further,by the analysis of the metabolic pathway,two phenylalanine deamina-se genes gene05041,gene10016,possibly related to the formation of dragon’s bl-ood,were found.This paper first proves that Fusarium oxysporum 6113 strain had the specifi-c ability in induction of dragon’s blood production.The production of dragon’s b-lood may be affected by various factors.Two induction genes in strain 6113 ha-ve been found that may participate in the production of dragon’s blood.This stu-dy provides a useful clue to the further study of dragon’s blood formation mech-anism,and lay the foundation of the thoretical basis for the induction technology development.
