Design And Implementation Of Early-warning System For County Cultivated Land Quality Based On ArcGIS Engine

Cultivated land is the most important natural resources and agricultural production data,is related to human survival and development of material basis.The quality of cultivated land security directly affects the development of social economy,ecological environment safety,food safety and human health.As China’s urbanization,industrialization process accelerated,increasing pressure people face the quantity of cultivated land and the quality of cultivated land is increasing.The cultivated land quality evaluation work is the stage,the evaluation period is longer,not good for real-time monitoring and understanding the changes of cultivated land quality.The quality of cultivated land,fertilizer project measurement in recent years has been running,soil sampling data has not been effectively used,can not be reflect the status of cultivated land quality.Increasing agricultural investment,reducing the efficiency of resource utilization.The research and development of geographic information technology as the basis for the cultivated land quantity warning System,the realization of cultivated land quality evaluation,prediction,early warning and information of sampling points query provides a powerful decision-making service for the quality management of cultivated land,in order to take timely preventive measures against,effective use of formula fertilization by soil sampling data measurement,changes of cultivated land quality deterioration and avoid the quality of arable land to reduce.According to the domestic and foreign quality evaluation of cultivated land and cultivated land quality early-warning research results and combining with the actual conditions,the system needs analysis and design science.A mathematical model based on the sieving required in the system development,including the model and relates to a method for evaluation of single factor evaluation model of soil and land quality:experience judgment index and method,regression analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,AHP model and membership function model.Using Visual Studio.NET as development platform,ArcGIS for the development of Engine components and C#as development language,through two times the development of embedded and the quality of the land evaluation of the screening model of programming realizes all the functions of the system.Demand analysis,research of cultivated land quality early warning system ArcGIS Engine platform and Visual Studio based on.NET.After the establishment of the early warning system of cultivated land quality in the design of several main function:(1)the quality of cultivated land early warning;(2)of soil nutrients in farmland warning;(3)in evaluating the quality of cultivated land;(4)of soil nutrients in farmland evaluation;(5)new quality evaluation of cultivated land;(6)cultivated land evaluation and early warning information system meter display function;(7)early-warning of cultivated land quality with attribute query;(8)cultivated land quality early warning and evaluation results derived statements and other functions.In the operating software to achieve a simple interface,easy operation,stable operation,strong practicability and the like.The establishment of early warning of cultivated land quality in Wuhu County,through the example of evaluation results show that the quality of cultivated land in Wuhu county during 2012-2013 years 2005-2007 is slightly improved,through the Engine display function can determine the quality of cultivated land changes in the region,details of cultivated land early-warning attributes,can query to the factors causing the change of cultivated land quality was established.The cultivated land the quality of the early warning system,early warning system of farmland nutrient,and realize the evaluation of cultivated land quality and land nutrient function.In the process of actual use reflects the convenience of cultivated land early warning system development software GIS the amount of information management based on soil nutrients and quality can provide real-time information for managers to provide strong decision information support,which has important application value and practical significance.
