Effects Of Feeding Environment And Age On The Structure Of Intestinal Microflora In Anqing Six-end-white Pig

Anqing Six-end-white pig is a valuable pig breed gene bank resource in China,which has the excellent characteristics of rough feeding resistance,stress resistance and strong disease resistance.Intestinal microorganisms are related to the metabolism,immune system and health of the host.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the composition and diversity of intestinal microflora of Anqing Six-end-white pig,and the effects of different feeding environment and age on intestinal microflora of Anqing Six-end-white pig.In this study,9 samples of 6-month-old and 9-month-old Anqing Six-end-white pigs raised on the cement floor and 9-month-old fermentation bed Anqing Six-end-white pigs were collected respectively。All Anqing Six-end-white pigs were fed with the same green coarse diet.The fecal samples were sequenced by 16 Sr RNA gene high throughput sequencing technology,and the fecal microbiome structure was analyzed by biological information software.The results showed that the fecal microbiota of Anqing Six-endwhite pig was mainly composed of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes at phylum level,and the dominant genera were Prevotella,Treponema,Lactobacillus,CF231 and Oscillospira.At the genus level,there are 14 highly abundant core bacteria in the fecal samples of Anqing Six-end-white pig,accounting for 50.30% of the total reads.Including Prevotella,Treponema,Lactobacillus,CF231,Oscillospira,Phascolarctobacterium,Ruminococcus,Parabacteroides,Clostridium,Coprococcus,Anaerovibrio,Roseburia,Bacteroides and Succinivibrio.The feeding environment and age have a significant effect on the intestinal flora of Anqing Six-end-white pig.Compared with Anqing Six-end-white pigs raised in the fermentation bed and Anqing Six-end-white pigs raised in the cement field,Eubacterium,Syntrophomonas,Streptococcus,Escherichia,Oceanobacillus and Lactobacillus were significantly enriched in the intestinal flora of Anqing Six-end-white pigs in the fermentation bed feeding group.The intestinal microflora richness of 9-month-old Anqing six-white pigs was significantly higher than that of 6-month-old Anqing Six-endwhite pigs,and the abundance of Lactobacillus in 6-month-old Anqing Six-end-white pigs was significantly higher than that of 9-month-old Anqing Six-end-white pigs.To sum up,the intestinal flora of Anqing Six-end-white pig is mainly composed of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes.The feeding environment and age significantly affected the intestinal flora of Anqing Six-end-white pig,and the feeding environment had a greater effect on the intestinal flora of Anqing Six-end-white pigs than the age of Anqing Sixend-white pigs.
