Intestinal microflora plays an important role in the regulation of host metabolism, immunity, growth and development and so on.Therefore, intestinal microflora has always been a research hotspot of microorganisms. The microflora of intestinal microflora evolves with the evolution of animals, which is helpful for the overall development and metabolism of animals. The implantation of bacteria in the gut is a complex process of ecological succession,in which the composition of microflora is constantly changing. The intestinal microflora of pigs has always been the subject of many studies. The composition of intestinal microflora varies with the age of the host.In this study,16 S r DNA gene library technology and Illumina miseq sequencing technology were used to analyze the intestinal microbial community composition and diversity of six white pigs of different months.Secondly,in this study, the differences of intestinal microbial community composition and diversity between six white pigs and Yorkshir were analyzed. In order to provide theoretical support for further study on the function of intestinal microflora of six white pigs, the longitudinal investigation of intestinal microflora of six white pigs was carried out.The main results are as follows:1.Diversity of intestinal microflora in six white pigs of different agesThe relative abundance of intestinal microflora of six-month-old white pigs at the level of door classification was Bacteroides, sclerectophy, spirochete,Proteus and soft wall, accounting for more than 95% of the intestinal microflora. The highest abundance of intestinal microflora was Bacteroides. At the genus level,Prevotella,Treponema,lactobacilli,cf231 and anaerovibrios are the top five genera in the relative abundance of intestinal microflora of six white pigs of different months, and Prevotella is the highest in different months. It can be seen that the intestinal microflora of six white pigs of different months are similar.Although the dominant microflora and the dominant genera were the same in six-month-old pigs. But they differ in the abundance of these groups.Prevotella, anaerobic Vibrio and V.succinate decreased with the increase of age,and the relative abundance of cf231 increased with the increase of age.In addition, the unclassified flora accounts for a high proportion of the intestinal microbiota of all months.2.Comparison of microbial community diversity between Liu Bai pigs and YorkshirThere was no significant difference in the alpha diversity of intestinal microflora between Liu Bai pigs and Yorkshir. At the gate level, the dominant microflora of Liu Bai pigs are different from that of Yorkshir. The dominant phylum of Liu Bai pigs isBacteroides, and the secondary dominant phylum is pachytene. However, the dominant phylum of intestinal microflora in large white pigs is pachytene, and the secondary dominant phylum is Bacteroides. At the genus level, the microbial community structure and abundance of Liu Bai pigs and Yorkshir are different. The dominant genera of intestinal microflora in Liu Bai pigs were Prevotella,cf231,tremella,rumen cocci and coracillus. The relative abundance of the top five(from high to low)intestinal microflora in large white pigs were: Prevotella,Lactobacillus,Spirillum,Clostridium,SMB53.Plsda analysis showed that there were significant differences in the three metabolic pathways between the two groups. The abundance of microorganisms related to metabolism pathway of nervous system, immune system and protein metabolism pathway in Liu Bai pigs was significantly higher than that in large white pigs.
