| It is very difficult to harvest mulberry leaves continuously and automatically without damaging branches.In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and laborious manual harvesting of mulberry leaves,related researchers put forward a herbaceous cultivation scheme of hybrid mulberry,which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of manual picking mulberry leaves,reduce the labor demand of mulberry leaves picking,and provide convenience for the design of related machinery.In order to guide the subsequent design of herbaceous mulberry harvester and similar crop harvester,a type of harvest test platform is designed for harvesting test.The test-bed can also be used to harvest wheat,rice,Caragana and willow.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This article selects the herb mulberry branches from the Shandong Agricultural University mulberry silkworm research base(N35°,E117°)in the city of Tai`an in the city to conduct the mechanical performance test.Through mechanical experiments,the mechanical parameters of herbaceous mulberry branches were obtained,and the reasons for the difference between the relevant data and the height of the sample from the ground were discussed with the help of electron microscope scanning results.The test results show that all the mechanical indexes of Guisangyou 12 are larger than Nongsang 14.From the analysis of the sampling position,the mechanical parameters of mulberry follow the law of gradually decreasing from bottom to top.This article establishes a mechanical experiment model of herbaceous mulberry branches and conducts a simulation test of herbaceous mulberry branches.Use ANSYS LS-DYNA solver for simulation calculation.The simulation cutting test results show that when cutting a single branch of Guisangyou 12,the maximum cutting force of the moving knife is 25.7 N.When cutting a single branch of Nongsang No.14,the maximum cutting force of the movable knife is 17.1 N.(2)This paper designs and selects the driving mechanism,cutting mechanism,conveying mechanism,bundling mechanism,transmission system and measurement and control system of the herbal mulberry harvesting test platform,and completes the processing work of the herbal mulberry field harvesting test platform.The test platform can freely change the driving speed,average linear speed of the cutter and conveying speed,and the adjusting range of the driving speed is 0.2 m/s ~ 0.7 m/s.The adjustment range of the average linear velocity of the cutter is 0 m/s ~ 1.9 m/s,the rated power of the cutter drive motor is 2.3 kW,and the rated torque is 15 N?m.The adjustment range of the conveying speed is 0 m/s ~ 4.6 m / s,the rated power of the drive motor of the conveying mechanism is 1.5 kW,and the rated torque is 10 N?m.The adjustment range of the input speed of the baling mechanism is 0 r / min ~ 1800 r / min,the rated power of the bailing mechanism drive motor is 1.5 kW,and the rated torque is 10 N ? m.The selected motors have double the overload capacity.The test platform can obtain real-time speed and torque signals of the transmission system of the conveying mechanism,reciprocating cutter and baling mechanism while harvesting crops in the field.The signal acquisition frequency of the conveying mechanism,reciprocating cutter and baling mechanism is 8 Hz,and the torque sensor signal acquisition frequency is 250 Hz.The torque range of the torque sensor is 0 N?m ~ 50 N?m,and the speed range is 10 r/min ~ 3000 r/min.(3)Using the herbal mulberry cutting and bundling test platform,a single factor test with different harvesting speed,traveling speed and average linear speed of the reciprocating cutter was carried out,and the response surface test was designed using Design Expert software using the single factor test results.The results were analyzed,and the optimal travel speed was 0.53 m/s,the optimal conveying speed was 1.07 m/s,and the average linear speed of the optimal reciprocating cutter was 0.92 m/s,at which time the optimal Cutting quality. |
