Canine parvovirus is an acute and powerful infectious disease caused by canine parvovirus infection. It is one of the most common diseases in pet clinics. It mainly affects puppies under 6 months of age.The disease has myocarditis and hemorrhagic enteritis. Two types of phenotypes, the typical clinical manifestation is the initial depression of the appetite, the possibility of fever, but some dogs show low body temperature and hypovolemic shock, which may also be accompanied by vomiting and hemorrhagic diarrhea. With treatment, the mortality rate exceeds 70%.At present, the only effective measure to prevent the disease is to vaccinate the affected dogs, but there have also been phenomena of continued infection with canine parvovirus after vaccination. In this study,we analyzed how to improve the success rate and cure rate of canine parvovirus by analyzing dogs with canine parvovirus disease who were admitted to Xinzhou Pet Hospital in Jingzhou from September 2018 to January 2020.The main research contents are as follows: extract canine parvovirus from dog feces, carry out virus culture,PCR amplification and sequencing, and analyze the difference between it and the main canine parvovirus in the surrounding areas and countries; The physical characteristics of canine parvovirus dogs were recorded and summarized, and the factors that may affect canine parvovirus infection were analyzed;the main physiological indicators of 31 of the 48 dogs treated in the 48 patients treated were recorded and analyzed, and Record the medication plan and treatment effect of the two typical canine dogs in detail.Studies have shown that the virus is found to be closer to the reference strains of Hubei and its neighboring provinces, and is also in the same branch as foreign countries such as South Korea and India, but farther from the United States,Japan and Portugal. At the same time, canine parvovirus is also related to the breed, sex, age and immunization of the affected dogs.Studies have shown that puppies 2-8 months old are susceptible groups of canine parvovirus,of which 48 cases are 2-4 months old There were 18 cases, accounting for 37.5%;4-6 months old,13 cases, accounting for 27.1%;6-8 months old,6 cases, accounting for 12.5%.The most affected dogs were Chinese rural dogs, with 11 cases, followed by poodles,9 cases, and then border collies,Alaskan dogs,German shepherds, etc.Among them, the most affected dogs were infected at 2-4 months of age.,Followed by 4-6 months of age;the number of male infected dogs in affected dogs is about twice the number of female infected dogs;vaccination does not fully protect dogs from being infected with parvovirus, and those who are not vaccinated against parvovirus The odds are five times that of dogs who have completed vaccination.31 of 48 patients were treated with symptomatic treatment, symptomatic treatment, nutritional fluid replacement and intensive care, and 26 cases were cured, with a cure rate of 83.9%,providing a theoretical basis for improving the treatment of canine parvovirus.
