| Shandong is one of the most important peanut production areas in China.The occurrence of peanut pests is heavy throughout the year.Jilin and Liaoning are the most important emerging northeast peanut production area in China where peanut planting area has grown rapidly in recent years.All kinds of peanut pests occur in varying degrees,which harm peanut production.Elucidating the insect species,diversity and occurrence dynamics of peanut fields in these two regions is of great significance for ensuring oil production in the region and even the whole country.Based on this purpose,this study on the basis of previous work used the Malay network collection method,combining traditional morphological identification with DNA bar-code analysis techniques to study on these three regional field of peanut insect species(classification order:species),polymorphism and occurrence dynamics,the main research results are as follows1.Explain the composition of insect communities in peanut fields in the three placesIn Jilin siping peanut field,a total of 196 species were identified;in Fuxin,Liaoning,199 species were identified;in Laixi,Shandong,272 species were identified.Judging from the types of collected species,the three sites collected were mainly Hymenoptera,Coleoptera,Lepidoptera,and Hemiptera,showing a consistent trend.From pest distribution,In Siping,Jilin Province,the dominant species of Monolepta hieroglyphica,Empoasca flavescens,Aphis medicaginis Koch.,and Frankliniella occidentalism In Fuxin,Liaoning the dominant species of Monolepta hieroglyphica,Empoasca flavescens,Aphis medicaginis Koch,,and Frankliniella occidentaliss In Laixi,Shandong the dominant species of Overall,Carpophilus obsoletus Erichson,Schizaphisgraminim,Aphis medicaginis Koch,Erripoasca flavescens,Helicoverpa armigeraAgrotis ypsilon Frankliniella occidentalis there are more species of insects in Laixi,Shandong than in Fuxin,Liaoning;Fuxin,Liaoning more than Siping,in Jilin.2.Analysis of Insect Community Diversity and Similarity in Peanut Fields in the Three PlacesThe results of insect community diversity and eigenvalues indicate:Insect community diversity index in the three places was overall high and the community structure was relatively stable.In individual years,due to large occurrences of Aphis medicaginis Koch,Monolepta hieroglyphica,and Nitidulidae Latreille,the diversity index and evenness:index decreased,and the Dominance index rose.Overall,Richness:Laixi,Shandong Province>Fuxin,Liaoning Province>Siping,Jilin Province;the Dominance index:Laixi,Shandong Province>Fuxin,Liaoning Province>Siping,Jilin Province;diversity index and evenness index:Jilin Siping>Liaoning>Laixi,Shandong.The insect community in Laixi peanut field in Shandong is richer in composition and contains more species,but the uniformity is lower and the dominant species are more prominent.The similarity analysis results show that Siping in Jilin has the largest similarity to Fixin in Liaoning,and Siping in Jilin has the lowest similarity to Laixi in Shandong.3.Analysls of Dynamics of Insect Dominant Species in Peanut Fields in Three PlacesAnalysis of different regions and different years for data collected by the Malay network,The preliminary results of the analysis showed that:Monolepta hieroglyphica is a commonly occurring insect in Northeast China.Heavily occurred in Liaoning in 2014 and 2015,and heavier in Siping in Jilin in 2017.The occurrence of Empoascaflavescens was heavy in all three regions.Jilin Siping 2014,2015 and 2017,Liaoning Fuxin 2014 and 2015,and Shandong Laixi 2015 and 2016 all occurred heavy.Nitidulidae Latreille is a dominant species in the peanut field in Laixi,Shandong Province,which mainly occurred in 2014;Harmonia axyridis was heavy in all years.According to the preliminary analysis,the occurrence of the above-mentioned major insects is related to the local climate,planting and cultivation habits,and the bias of the insect collection method. |
