In this paper, the composition, functional groups, diversity and molecular identification and occurrence of insect communities in wine vineyards at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain were studied, and the main results were as follows:1.Through to the helan mountain wine vineyards insect investigation and study, has been clear about the main insect species, including Onion thrips and Aphidoidea sp.as the main insect pests,Coccinella septempunctata,Cataglyphis aenes and Chrysoperla sinica Tjeder flies as the main natural enemies, high stability of insect community in 6-July,according to the division of predatory and community and functional groups, pircing sucking insects and small predators functional groups,The dominant groups were Thripina and Aphididae. The relative abundance of predatory and neutral insects was higher than that of phytophagous and parasitic insects. The richness of dominant groups varied with seasons.2.Based on the molecular identification of mitochondrial COI gene,it was confirmed that the Lycorma delicatula of Yinchuan region formed an independent branch with those of Beijing,Tianjin,Korea and the United States.3.Through the study of spatial distribution pattern,it was shown that the adults were aggregated and distributed on grape plants, and the egg masses were aggregated and distributed on toon a trees, poplar trees and mulberry trees. The reasons for their aggregation were caused by plant growth, light, temperature and the oviposition habit of the subjects.
