Reserch On Improving The Operating Efficiency Of Small Rural Pumping Stations In Luhe Disrict,Nanjing,Jiangsu Province

Improving the operation efficiency of small-scale pumping stations in rural areas can promote the development of agriculture in the new era,improve the current agricultural drainage and drought prevention capacity,can promote and improving the current rural human settlement environment.On the basis of investigating the basic situation of small pumping stations in rural areas of Liuhe District,Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province,this paper carries out the analysis of the problems existing in the operation of pumping stations,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation performance of small pumping stations in rural areas,defines the calculation method of the index,establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for the operation performance of pumping stations,explores measures for improving the operation efficiency of small pumping stations in rural areas,and improves the construction of Establishment and management level.The research direction and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of small-scale pumping stations in rural areas of Liuhe District in Nanjing,the problems of design,construction and management of small-scale pumping stations in rural areas of Liuhe District were sorted out.(2)Aiming at the main problems of construction and operation management of small pumping stations in Liuhe District of Nanjing City,a comprehensive evaluation index system of operation performance of small pumping stations in rural areas is constructed,the calculation method of index is defined,the mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation of pumping stations is constructed,and the computer evaluation module of comprehensive evaluation of performance of small pumping stations in rural areas is developed.Through the evaluation module,the technical index,operation status,aging status and management status of pumping stations can be comprehensively evaluated and analyzed,and the scoring and classification of comprehensive evaluation can also be used to provide scientific theoretical basis for the formulation of the renewal and transformation plan and the improvement of operation efficiency of pumping stations in the whole region.(3)By using the comprehensive evaluation method of the performance of small pumping stations proposed in this paper,48 pumping stations reported in every street and town of Liuhe District in 2018 were evaluated comprehensively and ranked according to their scores,and the implementation plan of the rural small pumping station reconstruction in Liuhe District in 2018 was worked out.The typical pumping stations such as Ma’an Lizhang Irrigation and Drainage Station,Jinniuhu Xiaoshan Irrigation Station and Longpao Eliu Drainage and Drainage Station are evaluated and analyzed by using this method.From the viewpoints of pumping station technology,operation of pumping station and management of pumping station,the ways to improve the operation efficiency of small pumping stations in rural areas are put forward.
