From 2017 to 2018,in the experimental base of Taizhou Modern Agricultural Comprehensive Development Zone,Jiangsu Province,with the widely used "Ruihua" rice seedling raising matrix as the material,three transplanting seedling ages of 18 days,23 days and 28 days were set up by mixing seedling raising matrix and seedling Companion(24g/plate),"Jiewei"strong seedling agent(25g/plate)and spraying Paclobutrazol(100g/50kg/mu)in one leaf one heart stage The effects of different growth regulators and their combinations on rice seedling quality,tiller dynamics,leaf area index,yield and yield structure were studied in order to provide technical support for the mechanical transplanting rice seedling and high-yield cultivation.The main results are as follows:1.The seedling emergence rate of rice can be increased by 1.01-3.83 percentage points by the treatment of matrix mixing and strong seedling agent,seedling raising companion and one leaf one center stage uniform spraying of Paclobutrazol.The seedling emergence rate of the treatment of matrix mixing and strong seedling agent and matrix mixing and strong seedling agent and spraying Paclobutrazol in one leaf one center stage is higher than that of other treatment and control treatment,which is 4.36%%,4.08%higher than that of the control treatment.The seedling age of the same substrate treatment is 4.36%,4.08%higher than that of the control treatment There was no significant effect on the rate.Compared with the control,the growth regulators with different substrates significantly increased the rice seedling rate,but there was no significant difference between the treatments.With the extension of seedling age,the rice seedling rate decreased significantly,the maximum rate of decline was 7.82%.2.The growth regulator of mixed media significantly accelerated the leaf age process,and with the extension of seedling age,the difference of leaf age process became larger.In the treatment of different seedling strengthening agents,the promoting effect of seedling partner on leaf age was faster than that of seedling strengthening agents.The seedling height of the treatment of matrix mixing and seedling strengthening agent was the highest,while that of the treatment of matrix mixing and seedling partner and one leaf spraying with Paclobutrazol decreased the seedling height,and that of the treatment of matrix mixing and seedling partner and one leaf spraying with Paclobutrazol was the lowest.The fresh weight and dry weight of 100 seedlings treated with matrix mixing and strong seedling agent were lower than those treated with pure matrix before 23 days of seedling age,and higher than those treated with pure matrix at 28 days of seedling age,in which the fresh weight of 100 seedlings was higher than 14.77%and the dry weight of 100 seedlings was higher than 26.67%.The fresh weight and dry weight of 100 seedlings in matrix mixing seedling companion treatment were higher than that in pure matrix control treatment,and the difference was larger with the extension of growth time.With the extension of transplanting period,the length of main root increased,the number of total roots increased,and the fresh and dry weight of 100 roots increased.The effect of seedling strengthening agent on promoting root growth was better than that of seedling companion,while Paclobutrazol inhibited the growth of main root,and the difference between treatments decreased with time.The number of roots per plant,fresh weight and dry weight of 100 plants were significantly higher than those of the pure substrate treatment,which showed that the companion treatment was higher than that of the strong mixture treatment,and the two growth regulators treatment was higher than that of the primary treatment,and with the increase of transplanting leaf age,the difference between the different growth regulators treatment and the pure substrate treatment was greater.The results showed that the treatment of strong seedling agent was greater than that of seedling partner,and the treatment of long seedling age was greater than that of short seedling age.3.The growth regulators in different substrates significantly increased the rice yield,among them,the yield of A4B2 was the highest,which increased 0.6 t/hm2 and 6.54%than that of CKB2.The yield of matrix mixing seedling companion treatment was higher than that of strong seedling agent treatment The yield of rice increased first and then decreased with the increase of seedling age.The yield of 23 day treatment was the highest,the average yield was 9.58 t/hm2,which was 2.0%higher than that of 18 day treatment and 5.74%higher than that of 28 day treatment.In the yield structure,the number of spikes per unit area and the number of grains per spike were more,and the seed setting rate was equal to 1000 grain weight.
