Growth And Physiology Effects Of Rice Under The Seedling Strengthen Agent And Seedling Breeding Ways

The study would like to use rice cultivar Gui-Liangyou-2to investigate the effects of seedling raising methods on growth and yield in the early season, which including T1: seedlings raised on dry bed, T2:seedlings raised on woven cloth with dry bed, T3: seedlings raised on plastic trays with dry bed, T4:seedlings raised on woven cloth with moisture bed, T5:seedlings raised on plastic trays with moisture bed as well as application seedling strengthen agent. It shows different Seedling Breeding Ways have different effect on growth and development characteristics of rices,which compare with morphology%Physiology, biochemistry、established seedling number、tiller number and economic characteristics.Results showed that:1.the seedling growth status of moisture-raising seedlings (including T4andT5) especially in T5was dramatically larger than that of dry-raising seedlings (including T1,T2and T3) in the early season. Meanwhile, the seedling growth status of dry-raising seedlings (including T1,T2and T3), especially in T2was dramatically larger than that of moisture-raising seedlings (including T4andT5) in the late season. Under advertising condition, the dry-raising seedlings (including T1,T2and T3), especially in T2has a superior chill tolerance and high temperature tolerance in the early season and late season.2.Different ways of raising seedling of early rice and late rice seedlings chlorophyll content, root activity, protective enzyme activity and proline content have different degrees of influence. In early rice and late rice and T2all indicators were higher than other treatment, and no obvious difference between the T1and T3.3. T2is the fastest one after seedling throwing transplanting early rice,also the high rate of plant tillering,produce the most plenty of early rice.T2has obvious advantage of Dry matter accumulation. The fastest after seedling throwing in late rice is T2,T2also the high rate of plant tillering,produce the most plenty of early rice.T2and T3.dry weight accumulation of rice plant have obvious advantage.Using the Seedling Strengthen Agent in different Seedling Breeding Ways under the early or late rice can be accelerate seedling standing,promote the tillering and made the effect for accumulate.4. In early and late rice, T2is the highest yield, T4is the poor minimum one. Using the Seedling Strengthen Agent in Seedling Breeding Ways under the early or late rice can be promote the seedling standing growth,improve the yield trait of rice, and promotes rice yield.Comprehensive the different Seedling Breeding Ways and way and Seedling Strengthen Agent under the early and late rice seedlings form quality, physiology characteristics and field indicators, the best seedling breeding way of raising under this experimental condition is combinate the dry raising and Seedling Strengthen Agent.Using the Seedling Strengthen Agent in Seedling Breeding Ways under the rice can be promote the seedling standing growth,improve the yield trait of rice, and promotes rice yield.
