In order to exploring the impact of per hole seeding rate of pot seedling tray to the rice seedling quality,the group characteristics and yield formation,the test was done in Lujiang County Guo River in modern agricultural demonstration zone in 2014-2015.With the large-panicle type varietie of Japonica hybrid rice Yongyou 538 and The spike type of conventional japonica rice Zhendao 18 as experimental material,test used split plot design,main area for seeding quantity and area vice for varieties.We compared theseedling quality,characteristics of the material accumulation and leaf area,photosynthetic physiological characteristics,plant type characters,filling characteristics,yield and yield components,etc.Effect of seedling per hole sowing quantity on rice seedling quality,population characteristics and yield formation,.The results are as follows:1.The least treatment of two varieties per hole seedling--A1(Yongyou 538 1 particle/pore)and B1(Zhendao 18 3 particle/pore)--were performed on the part of the width height caudex,overall dry matter weight higher than other treatments.A1 height and stem base wideis higher than other treatments by 15%to 35%、20%to 36%.Comparing with other treatments,B1 height andstem base wide is about 17%、6%~13%higher.And underground parts split-root and new root number is more,A1 root number is 24.2,A2,A3,A4 treatment respectively is 19.4,13.4,12;B1 number 17.4,B1,B2,B3 respectively is15.8,14.8,11.8 on the day of the transplanting.The treatments which have less basic seedlings perform in reviving to live trees quickly and tillers significantly,tiller appeared earlier,The number showed superior seedling quality.comparing to other treatments,A1and B1 treatmenttiller peak time delayed 5 days.With the increase of each hole basic seedling number,leaves photosynthetic capacity decreased during jointing stage,booting stage and heading stage.2.Grain filling rate of rice has the trend of slow-fast-slow.Grain filling rate of two cultivars increased dramaticallyduring 14 days to 21 days after flowering and then it decreased.Basic seedling quantity and during heading to milk and heading maturity output rate showed a negative correlation trend,namely,the basic seedling number more,single stem output is smaller;in the transport rate and A1 transport rate is higher than other treatments 3%~26%,B1 treatment is higher than that of other treatments about 9%.3.The lodging index calculated by lodging index and lodging index is greater,lodging resistance ability is poor.Two varieties in the first internode,the second internode and third internode of lodging index showed an overall trend increases with the increase of basic seedlings.A1 treatment in the first internode,second internode and the third internode of the lodging index were about 19~30%lower than the other three treatments.B2 treatment was lower about 9~45%than the other three treatments.Available,bowl seedling planting rice in mature stem strength with the increase in the number of basic seedlings per hole and weakened,and contact with the first three internodes and the strength of the strength of its stem more closely.4.In the yield constitute factors,seed setting rate and 1000 grain weight no difference significantly.Different basic seedling number per hole mainly through comprehensive regulation of single panicle number per mu effective panicle number control yield.Basic seedlings less processing the ear,large groups of low effective panicles.A1 and B1 at total grain number were significantly higher than other treatments,A1 total grain number higher than other three processing 24~36%,B1 total grain number higher than the other three treatments 7~16%and with per mu effective panicle number A1 is less than the other three treatments 5~14%,B1 is less than two factors of other three treatments 4~8%.,resulting in production of A2and B2 treatment were higher than other treatments.he large-panicle type varietie of Japonica hybrid rice Yongyou 538 A2 per mu yield reached the highest820.94Kg/667m~2,compared to the A1,A3,A4 three treatment were 0.5%,5.8%and 8.9%higher.The spike type of conventional japonica rice Zhendao 18 B2 treatment per mu yield reached the highest 726.37Kg/667m~2,respectively than the B1,B3,B4 treatment high a0.7%,6.5%and 7.1%.In summary,the basic seedling number is small,seedling quality is higher,more conducive to individual high yield potential of the play,but the basic seedling is too low,effective population spike number less,but not conducive to the formation of high yield.For the purposes of this study,in pot seedlings planted in,the large-panicle type varietie of Japonica hybrid rice per hole basic seedlings 2 strains(with per mu about 0.74Kg/667m~2)and The spike type of conventional japonica rice per hole basic seedlings for 4 strains(per mu about 1.76Kg/667m~2sowing amount reasonable coordination of individual and population growth is a potted seedling planting mode is the best sowing quantity in.
